Hôtel très calme. Personnel chaleureux parlant français. Des oeuvres d'art absolument partout dans l'hôtel, les chambres. Un vrai régal ! Très bien placé pour visiter les 5 terres. Parking facile en cette période l'année dans la rue devant l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Abbiamo trascorso il fine settimana dal 7 al 9 febbraio 2025: ci sono stati due piccoli intoppi risolti in maniera celere dall’hotel. Ma al momento del check-out nonostante nella prenotazione fossero inclusi tasse e costi mi è stata fatta pagare la tassa di soggiorno del costo di €12,00 per 2 persone. Preciso che l’addetta alla reception ha aggiunto che la prenotazione della camera fosse arrivata tramite ******* e che tale piattaforma non specifica il pagamento richiesto. Invece la prenotazione è stata effettuata tramite Booking (tanto è vero che ho inviato lo screenshot della suddetta anche all’e-mail dell’hotel) e sulla stessa si specifica che nel prezzo della camera sono inclusi tasse e costi. Sottolineo che ogni volta che si effettuano prenotazioni tramite piattaforma booking c’è specificato che il prezzo include tasse e costi e si intende la tassa di soggiorno. Peccato per ciò che è successo, perché ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene, compresa questa volta se non fosse stato per questa situazione. La prossima volta faremo più attenzione e chiederemo conferma via e-mail.

Appena rientrata dal mio fine settimana trascorso a Portovenere, abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dove ad iniziare dalle receptionist è stato tutto perfetto, camera con vista molto bella, spaziosa e cosa importante pulitissima !!! Al momento della prenotazione ho comunicato la presenza di un cagnolino, nessun problema anzi mi hanno fatto trovare in camera un pacchetto di biscottini per cani !!!! Anche il ristorante è stato eccellente !!! Che dire, bisogna andarci !!!!!!

An absolutely gorgeous waterfront property that will instantly calm and relax you. My family and I (3 total) stayed a few days here in August and it was wonderful! there were a few things to keep in mind when booking here however. If you're looking for a touristy, night life place, this is probably not the place you're looking for. The surrounding town was definitely more local (i.e. English speakers might have some difficulty). Dining wise, the restaurant on site is wonderful, but if you want to explore other opportunities most things are a good walk or driving distance away, which was difficult for a member of our party who couldn't walk far. I do believe the town was a bit quieter than it would be in height of tourist season but, I think this was mainly because we went in September and most places were closed for vacation. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the sea views!

Great Hotel, Lousy Manager
Everything was perfect except the check in experience with the manager. We got to the hotel hungry, and before the restuarant closed, but he wouldn't serve us, he said too late, but we saw him serve others later. There was plenty of room. Also, no parking facilities and he wasn't helpful in that either. Great hotel, lousy manager.

Personale molto ospitale e gentile. Camera non tanto grande ma con tutto quello che serve. Il bagno risulta freddo, forse perché con i muri esposti verso l'esterno ma il giudizio resta comunque estremamente positivo. Buono il servizio ristorante (non ho gradito i tagliolini alle seppie, a mio avviso sconditi, ma è un giudizio personale). Colazione con un ricco buffet e buoni prodotti. Posizione ottima, più in riva al mare di così bisogna avere una barca. Prezzo adeguato.
