Very friendly staff, the pool and the beach are very well maintained. The location of the hotel is between Piran and Portorož and there are many quiet and nice restaurants for evening outings. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and a magnificent sunset.

The hotel is located on a small harbor on the Adriatic coast. The environment is very good. There is also a 13th century church ruin next to it. It is not too far to walk to the old town of Piran from the hotel. If you don't want to walk, you can take a free shuttle bus. The station is about ten minutes away from the hotel. There is basically a bus every quarter of an hour. The hotel has ample parking space and is self-driving friendly. The hotel restaurant is large and has many guests. The breakfast is rich in variety. The front desk service is warm and the room is clean.

Hotel is located in a beautiful place, just above the sea. The hotel itself is quite old, it would be useful to repair but most importantly, it is clean. Despite free parking at price, the problem with finding a free space. Large plus for breakfast and the possibility of using indoor pools with salt, water-heated at the hotel price.

All right. 3 stars rooms are located on the back of the hotel towards the street side. Noise has not been noticed by anyone. Water temperature in the indoor pool approximately 29°C. Eating was in order with great selection.
