Contattati al telefono in data 15.04.2023 mi dicono che prendendo l'appartamento direttamente da loro e senza passare da *********** mi avrebbero fatto lo sconto del 20% perchè così facendo avrebbero evitato le spese di ***********. Il giorno dopo, per ufficializzare la cosa, gli mando una e-mail con l'indicazione delle date e la tipologia di richiesta. Mi rispondono via e-mail inviandomi in allegato un preventivo senza sconti e a prezzo pieno! (più alto di ***********). In data odierna 17.04.2023 via e-mail chiedo spiegazioni sull'accaduto; dopo poche ore mi rispondono comunicandomi che nella loro struttura non c'era più posto.... Questo è pazzesco, un trattamento da presa in giro totale. E la freddezza con cui mi hanno liquidato in due righe... Sono allibito!! VERGOGNA Subito dopo ho prenotato senza problemi da altri nella stessa zona. Sconsigliatissimo
