Viene richiesto il pagamento per l utilizzo dell accappatoio , le piscine condivise con altre strutture sono aperte al pubblico e sono fredde e poco ospitali ( ci siamo tutti presi un forte raffreddore) .L ingresso in sauna e' a pagamento .

Dejligt hotel i skønne Slovenien
Dejligt centralt i Portoroz. Sammenhængen med 5 andre hoteller gør det en smule svært at overskue i fht. faciliteterne. Men alt i alt et dejligt hotel med venligt og meget hjælpsomt personale. Eneste minus - som hotellet ikke kan gøre for - er p-forholdene. Men det vejer hotellets shuttleservice fint bod på.

La posizione centrale è veramente ottima, le stanze sono molto spaziose e pulite e i servizi termali e della piscina assolutamente fantastici! Nessun problema anche per chi viaggia con cani. Possibilità di cenare con offerta al buffet: rapporto qualità/prezzo abbastanza buono. In agosto il parcheggio è a pagamento e non vicinissimo: occorre la navetta che è comunque disponibile nel giro di breve tempo.

Ho trovato molto comodo l'accesso alle piscine termali interno, l'hotel è vicino al mare, comodo anche il lido Meduze (bisogna sapere che su tutto il litorale l'accesso al mare è tramite scalette in quanto la riva è cementificata) senza sabbia con una piacevole zona con prato inglese, anche il ristorante del lido è valido. Le stanze ampie, luminose, pulite, comodo il letto . Unica pecca la moquette! Il cibo del ristorante non è molto vario ma di buona qualità...(in 5 giorni i dolci erano sempre della stesa tipologia). Altra pecca Slovena il costo dell'acqua veramente eccessivo una bottiglia da litro circa 6 euro.

Sono due anni che vengo in questa struttura ma quest’anno ho qualche cosa da dire. Ho pagato una certa somma per starci 12 giorni ma a differenza dell’anno scorso che avevamo due camere (siamo in 5) e quindi avevo dato la scusante del prezzo a questa cosa, quest’anno siamo tutti nella stessa camera con un divano letto matrimoniale ed un letto matrimoniale. La pulizia della camera è veramente misera in quanto viene rifatto esclusivamente il letto e cambiato le salviette del bagno. Per terra invece non viene passato niente e lo dimostra una cartina vicino al mio comodino che è lì da una settimana. Il cibo lasciamo perdere. Ok che non siamo in Italia ma veramente misero e con gusti molto molto soggettivi. Viene riproposto ogni antipasto serale alla colazione della mattina e inoltre poca scelta continentale. Spesso il tosta pane non viene messo in funzione e quindi nemmeno un tost è possibile farsi. Avendo 3 bambini ho riscontrato molta difficoltà. Ultimo il costo esorbitante di una bottiglia di acqua che ogni sera prendiamo perché dobbiamo bere mentre mangiamo di € 5,60 al litro. Non capisco questo prezzo al bar ma nell’albergo non lo accetto proprio. Portorose è la nostra vacanza ideale ma per il prossimo anno saremo costretti a valutare altro. Peccato veramente.

Hotel is more or less okay, but not worth the price. The rooms are really modern, clean and adequate for 4* hotel. However the rest of the hotel area and customer service is quite poor. The pools, spa and restaurant is super overcrowded, noisy and smelly and would need some refresh. The entrance to the pools is for free, to go to saunas you have to pay 18 euros per person. You cannot buy any drinks in spa, you have to leave the area and walk to the pools. however, the pool bar is open just until 6 PM, while the wellness is open until 9 PM. During our stay it was full of little kids, screaming all over the pools and we felt like in aquapark or local swimming pool not like in a wellness that is supposed to be calming and relaxing. The wellness is shared between various hotels, so you can imagine how full it can be. It was okay for one night but If you want a relaxing place to stay, it is better to look for a different hotel.
