Excellent location, located in the center of the town and close to the spa, the hotel offers all the services required with a high standard. Excellent room, a bit sparse breakfast, but overall I can definitely recommend the complex.

gute Lage & Zugang zur Therme, Rest Durchschnitt
Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel sind altbacken, der Fernseher mini, der Geruch der Zimmer geht so. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Es gibt nicht einmal Wasser gratis im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist gut, allerdings keine 4 Sterne. In der Nebensaison bis 15.3. gibt es einige Gratis Parkplätze in der Stadt in Laufnähe, ansonsten ist die Parkplatzsituation angespannt (und teuer). Toll ist der "Pool", Gäste haben Zugang zur Therme mit hervorragendem Thermalwasser aus dem Urmeer. Leider kostet die Sauna extra, auch für Hotelgäste!!

Wir haben zu viert einen Teil der Semesterferien hier verbracht und uns s gr gut erholt. Auch wenn Hotel und Therme etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, ist alles top gepflegt und sauber. Das Spa im Hotel Riviera, das man auch mitbenutzen kann, ist neuer und hat den schöneren Ausblick. Das freundliche Personal macht kleine optische Fehler allemal wett. Ausgiebiges Buffet, für alle etwas dabei. Folgende Tipps noch mit Dingen, die uns etwas überrascht haben (keine Kritikel, was soll bei dem Preis noch alles dabei sein) - Handtücher für Therme und Sauna mitnehmen - Bademantel ist dabei, Handtuch nicht - Sauna extra zu bezahlen - nur Thermalbad dabei, nicht der Saunapark - keine Essensmöglichkeit zu Mittag im Bademantel: ist man von österreichischen Thermen so gewohnt, dass es dann ein Thermen Restaurant gibt, in dem man gleich im Bademantel essen kann. Die Fit Bar war leider saisonbedingt geschlossen .
