房間大，乾淨 ，洗手間略小。 酒店在山腰上，有城堡的感覺， 夜晚有點嚇人👻， 早上鳥語花香，適合早起看日出。 很適合情侶、家庭。 但是要有汽車自駕，否則不方便。 我會再來的。 住的人儘量白天開車來，夜晚不好開，而且一路無燈、無人、無🚗。

L’esperienza è stata davvero positiva sotto ogni aspetto. Fin dall’arrivo, il personale è stato estremamente disponibile, concedendoci la camera anche prima dell’orario previsto. I servizi offerti sono di alto livello e in particolare la cena al ristorante è stata eccellente: piatti curati, ben cucinati e preparati con ingredienti freschi. Il tutto a prezzi davvero interessanti, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più conveniente. Inoltre, la posizione panoramica dell’hotel, immerso nel verde del parco e affacciato direttamente sul mare, offre un’atmosfera rilassante e suggestiva, perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità e bellezza naturale. Consiglierei senz’altro questo hotel per la qualità del servizio, l’attenzione ai dettagli, l’ospitalità impeccabile e la splendida location.

Hotel in posizione stupenda vista mare, stanza un po’ datata ma pulitissima. Unico errore commesso è non aver segnalato lo sgradevolissimo odore che ci ha accolti appena entrati in camera e accompagnati fino all’ultimo minuto. Nemmeno i diffusori di profumo per l’ambiente presenti nella stanza sono riusciti a risolvere il problema così come anche aver tenuto le finestre aperte pure di notte non ha portato beneficio. Ci teniamo a precisare che il problema NON proveniva dal bagno! Forse la stanza non andava assegnata …. Segnaliamo questo problema, senza polemica ma solo perché è un vero peccato visto il contesto .

Albergo molto bello con vista sul mare di Portonovo con ottima colazione e ristorante di pesce.
L'unico aspetto negativo è stato il supporto per la manopola della doccia rotto.
Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile.

pessima vista / terrible view
ho pagato per una camera con vista, questa era la vista. il direttore dell''hotel era scortese e cercato di intimidirmi.
i paid for a room with a view, this is the view. there was construction ongoing directly outside of my room. the hotel manager was rude and tried to intimidate me.
