El restaurante nos encantó, es el único de la zona que tiene aire acondicionado y en estos días se agradece, muy cerca de la playa de canelas y dispone de aparcamiento, muy necesario porque no hay parking por la zona. Nos pedimos una paella melosa de vieiras y gambas que te quita el sentido, tostas y ensaladas riquísimas, los postres caseros son imprescindibles para rematar. El personal super atentos sobre todo Guillermo y Nacho. La Atención un 10. Volveremos

El servicio en general sin experiencia, que eso no sería problema, pero queriéndote cobrar consumiciones que no eran tuyas y el trato súper borde y desagradable, no es algo que esperas con 4 estrellas y lo que cobran. No entiendo que ese chico siga trabajando de camarero. La encargada nunca estaba, varias veces intentando hablar con ella y siempre "ocupada". Hoteles mucho mejores de precio y servicio por la zona, solo quieren tu dinero 0 preocupación por los clientes.

Caro para lo que cobran por las habitaciones, mi experiencia con los camareros un poco regular, se notaba que no tenían experiencia y las 4-5 veces que hemos ido a la cafetería se han equivocado a la hora de cobrar y dar los tickets. Con la encargada directamente ni se ha podido hablar porque siempre estaba ausente. Por este precio opciones de apartamentos o hoteles mejores por la zona, no lo recomiendo.

Conocemos hace muchos años éste hotel y siempre que podemos nos alojamos en él. Nos nos defrauda para nada. Las instalaciones en general son muy buenas. Habitaciones y baños con ducha muy comodas y muy limpios. La decoración exquisita. Los desayunos un 10. Zumos naturales, el café de nespresso, buenísimo, un montón de alimentos para escoger dulces, salados, quesos, embutido, tostas, un pan buenísimo...etc. La piscina exterior ahora está cubierta, muy cómoda por si hace mal tiempo. Muy cerca de la playa de Canelas, y también del pueblo. Todo el personal muy amable y eficiente.

El personal del hotel es súper amable y te hacen sentir como en casa. Los desayunos son muy variados y muy buenos. La piscina es una maravilla y la playa está muy cerca. Si tienes opción de habitación con vistas, merece mucho la pena. Además, está muy cerca del centro de Portonovo andando. Tiene un parking de pago interior y otro exterior gratuito. Una experiencia genial.
