Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata fortemente compromessa dall'atteggiamento della proprietaria, che si è dimostrata poco disponibile e, a tratti, scortese. All’arrivo ci ha comunicato che la nostra permanenza per la prima notte era spostata, a causa di un guasto idrico, in un albergo più lontano e più economico. Sarebbe stata cosa carina spostarci in un albergo al massimo piu decoroso. Arrivati il giorno dopo, neanche delle scuse o un caffè offerto. Le richieste sono state accolte con evidente fastidio, facendo sentire noi ospiti poco graditi. Un'accoglienza più gentile e professionale avrebbe sicuramente migliorato il soggiorno. Affrontiamo le stanze: umide e con cattivo odore persistente. L’acqua del rubinetto a tratti non usciva. La biancheria fornita era vecchia al tatto e alla vista. La colazione scarsa, con poca scelta e i prodotti di qualità discutibile. Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe del potenziale, ma l'approccio al cliente fa davvero la differenza. Un’esperienza negativa che non ci sentiamo assolutamente di consigliare.

Un'oasi di pace a un passo dalla spiaggia. Le camere sono pulite, ampie e accoglienti. Il personale molto gentile e la colazione buonissima. Lo consigliamo!!!!

Bellissimo B&B a (veramente) due passi dalla spiaggia di Schiopparello, offre camere molto grandi ed un grande spazio esterno dove rilassarsi in queste sere infuocate dell'Isola d'Elba 😁 Personale gentile e simpatico, posizione strategica e riservata per visitare l'Isola.

Hotel molto bello, stanza comoda, accogliente e pulita con una grande terrazza da cui si godeva di una magnifica vista.Colazione buona immersi in un giardino da favola.Il B&B si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare l'isola e a 10 minuti da Portoferraio.Ringraziamo Simona e Stefania.Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana.Comsigliamo vivamente questo Hotel.

Ottima location, personale molto cortese, massima tranquillità e comodo punto di partenza per varie escursioni. Pur essendo in periodo pre inizio stagione, il servizio è stato completo, mancava solo il servizio spiaggia. Colazioni abbondanti e pulizia garantita

B&B pulito e accogliente. Cordialità e gentilezza in reception. Struttura ben ristrutturata, perfettamente inserita nel paesaggio circostante. Prodotti doccia e phon presenti. Colazione semplice, buona, in linea con la struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
