Hotel accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile. l'arredo della camera ed i sanitari non sono all'ultimo grido, nella doccia non c'è il soffione a pioggia o la doccia a filo pavimento, tuttavia la pulizia sia del bagno che della camera fa passare in secondo piano queste considerazioni. la colazione a buffet molto abbondante e variegata con, anche in questo caso, disponibilità da parte dei camerieri. piscine con acqua di mare, danno in dotazione i teli mare gratuitamente (il cambio è a pagamento). non ho provato il ristorante e questo me ne dispiaccio. danno in dotazione kit cortesia bagno, kit salviette completo, presente anche phone e frigobar con solo acqua. posizione ottimale per girare. per accontentare l'occhio nelle camere, una sostituzione graduata dell'arredo. ma è d'obbligo il massimo punteggio

È il secondo anno che veniamo e ed è stata nuovamente una vacanza meravigliosa. Struttura bellissima, pulitissima, parco meraviglioso, piscine top! Il personale, in ogni area di competenza, (ristorante, bar,piscina,reception) veramente accogliente, gentile, professionale e attento al cliente. Cucina davvero ottima. Ogni sera è stata una sorpresa per il palato e per la vista. Un grazie alle ragazze della reception, in particolare a Rachele, che ogni giorno con grande disponibilità, ci consigliavo e indicavano su quale spiaggia trascorrere la giornata... Informazioni sempre perfette! Come lo scorso anno è stata una vacanza rilassante! Maria Carla, Paolo e Sara Castelli.

abbiamo avuto modo di alloggiare in questo splendido hotel.colazione con vista Portoferraio, cena al ristorante con vista sul mare, su Portoferraio e tramonto, con piatti sublimi e menù bimbi per i più piccolini. Uno spettacolo!! Staff super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Una vacanza da sogno. Portoferraio molto comodo per poi sposarsi con la macchina nelle diverse spiagge

Let me start by saying that if I could give zero stars, I would. This was the absolute worst stay I’ve ever had in my life. On top of it being extremely hot outside, the temperature in the room would not go down despite the maintenance man “fixing it” 4 times. The wifi didn’t work and we had to use hotspot from a neighbor. We locked the back door and somehow a little girl was able to get into our room. Luckily my husband and I were only talking. Both the front and back door took the both of us to push it for it to fully close. The beach was dirty. Day 2, while we kept the “do not disturb” sign on the front door- a cleaning lady entered through the back door insisting that it was time for her to clean. I tried telling her no thank you, she kept walking further into my room while I was covering myself with a pillow because we had just woken up. She tries to go into the restroom and I tell her my husband is in there. She stands there with me waiting for him to get out to put extra towels and toilet paper. I was absolutely desperate to leave so we ended up finding a different hotel down the road for the rest of our stay. This was the worst part of our honeymoon. We didn't want to waste time fighting with them there so we checked out that morning.

La struttura è molto accogliente, ideale per famiglie con bambini. Le camere sono recenti e molto pulite. All'interno non manca nulla, piscina con trampolino, piscina con gli scivoli per i più piccini, idromassaggio, spiaggia di sabbia, spiaggia in erba per gli animali da compagnia, campo da calcetto, campo da tennis e tavolo da ping pong. La cena e le colazioni vengono servite in apposite strutture attrezzate per eventi, comodissimi alle stanze. la cena e la colazione è di ottimo livello e varia di giorno in giorno. La chicca è rappresentata dal personale, accogliente ed ultra disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Bewertung aufgrund Car-Reise mit Halbpension. Gutes Hotel, gepflegte, grosszügige Anlage, freundliches Personal, in Portoferreiro zwar abgelegen, dafür sehr ruhig und mit ausgezeichneter Verpflegung (Bier-/Weinpreise im Glasausschank am oberen Limit). Eine Zu-Fuss-Besichtigung von Portoferreiro vom Hotel aus ist nicht zu empfehlen (Weg entlang einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse, aber öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe des Hotels).
