O hotel fica localizado nas ruas de traz da praia, pra sair a noite é bom estar de carro ou chamar um Uber. O quarto é limpo todos os dias, mas o mesmo precisa de reparos. O ar do quarto q eu fiquei era mto ruim, fazia um barulhão, o frigobar amarelado, mais antigo. Tem um lugar bem pequeno pra colocar roupas, não tem uma bancada ou um painel pra colocar nossas coisas. Tem que ficar tudo no chão mesmo. O chuveiro sai pouca agua, bem fininha, uma dificuldade pra lavar o cabelo. O secador tbm mto fraco, de qualidade ruim, os travesseiros nem se fale, horríveis, murchinhos. Meu quarto era térreo, próximo ao jardim, a noite entrava mta formiga, mesmo com a porta fechada. A piscina é boa, o café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ter alguém pra fazer ovos, tapioca, omelete. No bar eles não servem comida, apenas lanche e bebidas. É um hotel bom, tem um ótimo custo benefício, mas precisa de melhorias.

Foram dias maravilhosos, hotel sempre limpo,piscina maravilhosa e um café da manhã nota 10.

Decepcionante
Infelizmente não tivemos sorte com esse hotel!
O quarto estava com um cheiro muito forte e desagradável, o chuveiro impossível tomar banho, pouquíssimo água. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e nos colocaram em um quarto bem menor, com muita claridade, tinha uma luz que ficava ligada do lado de fora que iluminava todo o quarto, as cortinas nao davam conta, e pra piorar um ar condicionado com muito barulho que nunca vi antes, os pisos pareciam soltos, o chuveiro tinha uma crosta de sujeira muito estranha, parecia fungos gigantes e o colchão muito mole de doer as costas.
Na hora da saída nos deixaram esperando quase 1hrs pra averiguar o quarto, só fomos liberados pq fui perguntar se estava tudo certo, o recepcionista esqueceu de nos avisar.....fico decepocionado pq fazemos uma preparação pra uma viagem e pesquisamos tantos hotéis, e acabamos escolhendo um bem ruim, tornou nossa viagem bem desagradável e cansativa, não conseguimos ter boas noites de sono.
Sem cantar a internet, horrível!

O hotel fica em uma ótima localização para a praia de mundaí, próximo de várias barracas de praia. Tem um café da manhã regular, uma boa piscina e um bom atendimento. O que deveriam melhorar já que não oferecem nada no frigobar seria colocar na recepção uma máquina de venda de refrigerante, água e snacks. Outra melhoria seria nos armários e bancadas dos quartos e banheiro, pois um apartamento para 3 pessoas não tem uma bancada embaixo da TV para ser apoio para malas e no banheiro a pia tem uma bancada micro, ficando muito ruim. Fiquei 9 dias e foi difícil.

Avaliaçao como hotel desconfortavel.
Localizaçao muito boa,limpeza ótima,cafe muito bom , area externa muito boa.
Falta tomadas no quarto tem somente uma, falta local para pendurar roupas molhadas, falta cadeiras e mesa de trabalho,o cofre esta quebrado, falta movel para colocar malas, poucos canais de tv,internet nao existe em nenhum local do hotel,sauna muito fria e com cheiro forte sem essencias.

Gosto muito do Pontal
Segunda vez que me hospedo no Pontal, os colaboradores são muito gentis e prestativos, hotel muito aconchegante, café da manhã é uma delícia, a localização também é muito boa, fica pertinho da praia e próximo ao Churrasquinho do Dinho que é muito bom, tem ponto de táxi próximo ao hotel também.
Pontos a melhorar é a internet que é péssimaaaa, liberar mais canais na tv, desentupir os buraquinhos do chuveiro e a torneira fica muito rente a pia, com isso acumula muita água no canto da pia e você perde um espaço para colocar utensílios como escova de dente e afins.
