Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos. Desde recepção, e demais ajudantes. Agradeci especialmente os monitores infantis. Tio Alface, Tia Índia e Tio JP que meus filhos tiveram oportunidade de conhecer e participar das brincadeiras. Com certeza indicaria a estadia para outras pessoas.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Café da manhã é bom, porém com poucas variações. O mar, na lua cheia, é excelente para banho. No entanto, O SERVIÇO DE PRAIA DEIXA MUITO A DESEJAR: As cadeiras não são confortáveis (sem almofadas). Os sombreiros são pequenos e não tem uma árvore para fazer sombra (deveriam plantar uma amendoeira). As porções de petiscos são super pequenas (posso dizer vergonhosas e incompatíveis com o preço). Não há serviço de limpeza da areia em frente ao hotel carambola. Deveriam rastelar a praia todos os dias (uma ferramenta perfeita para limpar areia e remover detritos de algas acumuladas). Estive lá 7 dias, ia bem cedinho pra praia e nunca vi nenhum funcionário fazendo a limpeza da areia. Próximo ao hotel (1,5km) tem o STING praia bar. Sugiro que conheçam! Inclusive, sugiro que os administradores do hotel Carambola se espelhem neste bar e prestem um serviço semelhante. Lá oferecem porções generosas e com preço justo. #fica a dica. Concluído: para quem NÃO está de carro, ou seja que pretenda usufruir da praia em frente ao hotel, não compensa a relação o custo benefício. TODO o serviço de praia é realmente muito ruim!

Amei esse hotel, quarto maravilhoso, decoração linda e moderna, limpeza impecável. Em frente a praia, pé na areia mesmo, com infraestrutura boa em frente ao mar, com guarda sol e espreguiçadeira. Equipe muito educada e atenciosa. Café da manhã muito bom, comida boa, drinks maravilhosos. Amei a estadia, ficamos 4 dias. Pretendo voltar!

Excelente custo/benefício desta pousada. Cama excelente, ambiente limpo, praia tranquila e funcionários gentis e atenciosos , com destaque para o Tio JP do entretenimento. Enfim, foram 6 dias perfeitos , com muito sol, tranquilidade e as paisagens incríveis da Bahia
