Ficamos na pousada por 2 dias no retorno da nossa viagem de Trancoso. Fechamos de última hora pois tivemos problemas com uma acomodação por conta de formigas. A pousada é super simples e oferece um valor super acessível. Ficamos em 2 quartos 19 e 21 e não tivemos problemas com a estrutura deles. Ambos estavam super limpos e com um conforto mínimo necessário em sua estrutura mas ambos com barulho a noite. Pra quem tem problema para dormir indico deixar claro no ato da reserva. O café da manhã achei bem ruim. Pelo valor que eles cobram não se pode exigir muito mas coisas básicas como arrumação do quarto (não tivemos) e troca das toalhas (a cada 3. DIAS) acho um exagero. O estacionamento tem 4 vagas na frente que são cortesia mas depende de ter vaga, fora isso apenas dentro do hotel com custo de 20,00 dias (não achei caro) Recomendo para quem busca local limpo e barato

Péssimo, não tem chuveiro que funciona bem, nas 4 noites q estive, os banhos foram direcionados pra locais diferentes diante de reclamações, que não dão muita bola. Camas ruins. Não fazem a limpeza dos quartos, só se vc questionar, toalhas recolha as suas e leve pra trocar só três dias depois de uso. A gerência nunca está presente e suas pontuações são ignoradas com um sorriso de canto de boca. Isso é um hostel ruim, nunca um hotel, pra mim nenhuma estrela merecem. Funcionários mal treinados, jogando indiretas pro cliente sair do quarto logo, pra fazer check-in foi 2.3 de espera, pro Check-out não tinha como tomar banho pra ir pro aeroporto. Mudar de quarto, pra opção pior. Não tem outra forma de descrever o descaso com os hóspedes. Incrível como fomos tratados. Ahhh o café, os bolos foram sendo colocados dia a pós dia, os mesmos ora inteiros, depois partidos e seguiu na mesa, nunca mais entrou com a minha família nesse lugar. Meu genro e filha quase se queimaram no outro chuveiro que ou te escalda ou não aquece. Risco de queimaduras graves. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

Tudo extremamente ruim, fiquei 10 dias, e trocaram a roupa de cama e as toalhas 1 vez e depois de muito reclamar e encher o saco na recepção, uma das vezes ainda me deram as roupas de cama na minha mão, pra eu mesmo trocar, falei que não iria pois não sai da minha casa pra trocar roupa de cama de hotel, coisa que não foi de graça e existe camareira pra isso! Todo dia a mesma coisa, só arrumavam a cama e varriam, troquei de quarto 1x por estar com cheiro de mofo, fora o check in, né? Que era pra ter liberado ás 14h e a recepcionista me disse que não haviam quartos disponíveis, como assim?????? Se havia reserva, enfim... Não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo.

Muito simples, sem trocas de roupas de cama e toalha (só após 03 dias de hospedagem) limpeza do quarto também. Café da manhã deixa a desejar, hoje vi presunto com coloração já duvidosa. Menina do café manhã com a falta de energia pegou meu pão e foi esquentar na cozinha. Tentei ser gentil na recepção mas nem é por ela. Engessadas na capacitação que não foi realizada. Explicou bem as regras a Alejandra, mas ser cortês, para deixar tomar um banho já no quarto que já estava próximo check out. Mas a gestão não quer fidelizar hóspedes. Não volto mais. Café da manhã só o chá.

The hotel rooms are absolutely basic and really old. We had to change rooms because the air wasn’t working but the staff was friendly at this point. In my opinion the hotel needs a complete renovation in all aspects. The breakfast starts at 7:30 and it ends at 10:30 but quality of food could be better. The pool is ok and the location is good point to be considered because we could take vans to go downtown all the time.

Porta do apartamento danificado não conseguia trancar, quando trancava não abria mais. Tv não funciona, ficamos uma semana e não consegui usar a internet oscilava muito e não conseguia usar. A gerente da pousada muito omissa nunca estava lá para reclamar.
