O hotel é bem localizado e só. Sua estrutura devia ser boa há 20 anos, hoje está decadente, colchões deteriorados o que realmente afeta na qualidade da estadia. Todos os equipamentos do quarto são antigos, quebrados e/ou enferrujados. A limpeza também deixa a desejar. As áreas comuns são imundas e os quartos tem um forte odor de urina. Enfim, evite.

Tirando a recepção dos funcionários que foi educada, todas as outras coisas foram medíocres. O hotel é sujo, raramente limpam as áreas comuns e, quando vão arrumar o quarto só trocam as toalhas, mas o quarto fica sempre sujo e os lençóis também, além de ter cheiro de urina o tempo todo. O telefone do quarto NUNCA funcionou e a tranca da porta tava quebrada, reclamamos no 1° dia e saímos, 5 dias depois, com os mesmos problemas. A cortina da porta para a varanda estava quebrada então parte da porta ficava exposta (falha de privacidade), esta porta dava vista para a piscina qualquer um consegue ver o quarto. Hotel decadente.

O hotel precisa melhorar e muito na limpeza, o café da manhã repetitivo e fraco, o apartamento 231 fedendo a urina, reclamamos na recepção e nada foi feito, tivemos que comprar no supermercado detergente e desinfetante, no apartamento 118 o Wi-Fi nunca funcionou, reclamei 3 dias seguidos na recepção e nada mudou. Nos quartos somente uma tomada e longe da cama. A área da piscina é muito boa mas as bordas da piscina não foram limpas em nenhum dos 5 dias em que estivemos hospedados.

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento dos funcionários excelente, porém deixou a desejar dois pontos: 1 limpeza do banheiros, dos 7 dias que ficamos no hotel o box não foi lavado, o vaso sanitário encardido, nota-se que não há limpeza, nosso banheiro desde o dia que chegamos fedia urina 2 café da manhã, muito fraco, repetitivo, bolo ibatumados, dos 7 dias somente um dia teve pão de queijo.

Overpriced, 2 star hotel.
The hotel has a very nice pool side and that was the main reason why we have stayed over in the hotel during the last two years. This year during the Carnaval. The hotel staff do their job, but absolutely nothing more, nothing extra for you. Change of rooms is impossible, even when there is availability. It was rather noizy in the morning so sleeping over 08:00 was not possible.The cleaning during the period was rather poor.

Estadia tranquila e gostosa
Passamos dias maravilhosos no hotel sarana, piscina ampla e limpa todos os dias, café da manhã satisfatório pro valor que pagamos na estádia. Único ponto negativo no quarto é a falta de tomadas ao lado da cama e a qualidade da imagem na televisão. Fora isso não tivemos maiores problemas.

Perrengues inesperados
Estadia ficou aquém do esperado. Tive problemas no quarto com água do chuveiro não esquentar (após solicitação na recepção enviaram o técnico para consertar) e com o ramal do quarto que não funcionou durante todo o período de hospedagem.
