Simply a wonderful experience at the Transoceânico Praia Hotel!
I stayed here from July 3rd to July 6th, and from the moment I arrived until checkout, I received excellent service from the entire hotel staff. The welcome was warm, and the service was always friendly and helpful.
I'd especially like to highlight Nicole's service, which was extremely attentive and responsive when assisting me with a minor reservation issue. Her professional approach made all the difference and contributed to a smooth and pleasant stay.
The accommodations were impeccable: the room was clean, well-organized, the bed super comfortable, and the view was lovely. The common area is very well-kept, with cozy and well-decorated spaces.
Breakfast was a highlight, plentiful, varied, and with quality products. I'd also like to highlight the excellent location, with easy access to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Hotel bem localizado, necessita apenas de algumas pequenas correções: -Tendo placas de energia solar (falta limpeza), poderia manter a piscina levemente aquecida para manter os clientes consumindo no bar; -Limpar o lago entre os apartamentos; -Melhorar a área de entretenimento, com a manutenção dos brinquedos; -Mudar para capacho de fibra de coco, na entrada do hotel para evitar acumulo de areia nos quartos; -Melhorar alguns telefones nos quartos, devido alguns com botões inoperantes; -Melhorar pacote de TV, aumentando e variando o número de canais; -Melhorar o sinal de WIFI.

O hotel tem tudo para ser excelente, mas peca em pequenas coisas. Pontos negativos: 1. A Internet é péssima, de verdade, não funciona a noite de jeito nenhum. 2. Os quartos estão bem velhos, a maresia realmente pegou as instalações de jeito, mas falta bastante manutenção. O quarto da minha mãe, por exemplo (209), não tem saboneteira, a janeira está quebrada, o vidro da mesa de cabeceira está com o vidro trincado. 3. A Televisão é smart, mas não funciona nada. A do quarto 221 estava com a imagem bem ruim (clara, com um risco branco no meio) 4. As lixeiras dos banheiros são abertas, acho pouco higiênico. 5. O suco que servem no café da manhã tem 2% de fruta e 98% de água, é triste. Pontos positivos: 1. Atendimento excelente dos funcionários como um todo. 2. Preços muito justos, tanto no restaurante, quanto na recepção. 3. Acessível a restaurantes, bares e praia 4. A limpeza é realmente bem feita. 5. O café é bem servido, tem muitas opções, só senti falta de pão de queijo.

Fui surpreendida positivamente pelo hotel. Lendo alguns comentários fiquei preocupada, porém, não tivemos problemas algum. Café da manhã simples, mas com o necessário, tapioca feita na hora, muito boa e reposição rápida. Apartamentos Ok, com conforto e tudo funcionando. Hotel com uma estrutura muito boa. Tivemos alguns problemas em Porto Seguro, mas nenhum relacionado ao hotel.

**Decepção. Não recomendo mais este hotel em Porto Seguro.** Estive hospedado no Transoceânico em 2024 e, na ocasião, gostamos bastante do atendimento, da estrutura e, de forma geral, tivemos uma boa experiência. Por conta disso, criei uma expectativa positiva e resolvi retornar agora em maio de 2025. Infelizmente, foi uma grande decepção. Logo de início, o quarto estava em péssimas condições: camas desconfortáveis, ar-condicionado pingando água, toalhas com mau cheiro (parecendo até cheiro de baratas) e o banheiro com o chuveiro enferrujado. O café da manhã teve qualidade zero, o que é inaceitável para um hotel com tarifas tão altas. Pegamos uma rosca e um pão com mofo. Não reclamei na hora porque imaginei que não adiantaria. A piscina estava com lodo incrustado entre as bordas dos azulejos — uma verdadeira nojeira. Não recomendo este hotel a ninguém, pelo menos até que sejam tomadas as devidas providências e seja realizada uma reforma geral. Pagar caro por uma estadia e ter uma experiência tão frustrante é inadmissível.

Uma estadia pra lá de ruim. Começando que tinha uma GOTEIRA na porta do meu banheiro, que molhava todo o piso, o cuidado era extremo pra não escorregar. O hotel não tem COLHER, você precisa mexer ou comer as coisas com garfo, copos são de plásticos. As funcionárias da cozinha trabalham com vontade de voltar pra casa. Em dias de chuva que você almoça no hotel, eles se oram cerca de 15 minutos pra passar na sua mesa e poder te atender, fora que não acendem a luz do salão e nem ligam o ar. O Wi-Fi, se você precisar, “desprecise”. Não funciona, você se sente no meio da selva nem comunicação. O celular não tem rede e você tem que ficar caçando o sinal do Wi-Fi (quando pega). Enfim, uma vez pra nunca mais voltar e muito menos indicar.

Gostei muito do hotel, organizado, limpo e cumpria com as normas. Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. Piscina grande e boa mas acredito que tinham que esvaziar em algum momento para limpar um pouco de lodo que tinha nela.
