Tive uma experiência decepcionante no hotel Best Western Shalimar, em Porto Seguro. As paredes dos quartos são muito finas — era possível ouvir claramente tudo do quarto ao lado, inclusive durante a madrugada, o que acabou atrapalhando bastante meu descanso. Relatei o problema à recepção, mas infelizmente não houve qualquer esforço para tentar amenizar a situação. Os recepcionistas foram pouco receptivos e não demonstraram interesse em ajudar. Cheguei a solicitar falar com a gerente, mas, mesmo assim, nada foi feito. Faltou um olhar mais atento para o bem-estar do hóspede A cama também não era muito confortável e o café da manhã, apesar de razoável, poderia oferecer mais opções saudáveis, como iogurtes naturais sem açúcar, mel e pães integrais. Esperava um padrão mais alto, especialmente por se tratar de um hotel da rede Best Western. A sensação que fica é que o hotel tenta oferecer uma experiência de 4 estrelas, mas ainda tem bastante espaço para melhorar. Não recomendaria para quem busca sossego e um atendimento mais acolhedor, mas acredito que, com ajustes, o hotel possa evoluir bastante. Considerando o valor cobrado pela diária, sinceramente, não achei que valeu a pena.

Ficamos no Shalimar do dia 30/06 até 02/07, portanto, dois dias. Como seria algo rápido, pegamos a opção "Standard". Não posso falar pelas demais acomodações, mas a "Standard" não recomendamos. No primeiro quarto tinha manchas na cabeceira da cama e, por isso, pedimos para trocar de quarto. No segundo quarto, não tinha a mancha, todavia, o WC era igual: metade do BOX era escuro (sem iluminação); piso com manchas (dava nojo tomar banho); cheiro de esgoto o tempo todo no quarto... Resumindo, não sei como são as demais acomodações, mas com base na categoria "Standard", com certeza, não vale a pena. A pousada que ficamos em Arraial D'Ajuda tinha uma infraestrutura 1000x melhor. Para finalizar, registro que quanto ao atendimento não temos nada a reclamar. Nossa reclamação é única e exclusiva referente a infraestrutura, sobretudo, dos banheiros.

O Hotel Best Shalimar é simplesmente MARAVILHOSO! Sem dúvidas, um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei. O café da manhã é sensacional, com uma grande variedade de opções e frutas sempre fresquinhas. A limpeza também merece destaque — tanto os quartos quanto as áreas comuns estavam sempre impecáveis, super bem cuidados. Os atendentes são um show à parte! Extremamente educados, cordiais e atenciosos, nos receberam com muito carinho e fizeram com que nos sentíssemos verdadeiramente acolhidos. Um atendimento de coração, que faz toda a diferença na experiência. A localização do hotel é excelente: a apenas 12 minutos do aeroporto e a 500 metros da famosa feira noturna de Porto Seguro, o que facilitou muito nossos passeios. Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa e, com toda certeza, super recomendo o Hotel Best Shalimar para quem busca conforto, boa localização e um atendimento incrível!

Hotel maravilhoso. Todos os funcionários prestativos, carinhosos e sempre pensando no conforto dos hóspedes. Café da manhã muito bom, almoço e jantar maravilhosos. Só senti falta de acessibilidade na área do café da manhã, no caminho p a piscina e para outras área do hotel. E quem quiser fazer tour pelos lugares mais bonitos da região, recomendo o Marcelo Leite...ele é o "cara". Sempre prestativo, preço justo, simpático e conhece muita coisa boa por lá. Tour diferenciado.
