Foram dias incríveis na pousada estação Santa fé....atendimento nota 10...Gostaria de agradecer a todos os funcionários da pousada, em especial ao funcionário Mário que trabalha na recepção...menino nota 10..super atencioso e querido com todos os hóspedes...sempre disposto ajudar..e sempre educado e de carinha boa....vc excepcional...grande abraço das mineiras...

Amei a experiência no hotel estação santa fé, incrível,.passamos 7 dias no hotel, atendimento excelente de todos, fomos muito bem recepcionados no hotel e antes mesmo de chegarmos eu liguei para sanar algumas dúvidas e tive um bom atendimento via telefone também. O cardápio do hotel é super farto e tem muitas opções, tanto de pratos, porções quanto de bebidas e o pedido chega super rápido, comida bem temperada, apenas o café da manhã que acho que poderia ter mais opções salgadas, havia muitas opções doces, entre bolos e doces mas opções salgadas eram poucas, ainda assim, foi bom a estadia. A área da piscina excelente, muito instagramavel e super linda.

Banheiro: estava vazando água quando tomava banho o que deixava tudo muito molhado
O quarto é bem confortável, porém a tv poderia oferecer mais canais, só o básico
Varanda bem confortável com uma rede
Piscina excelente (só com alguns pontos de limpeza)
A localização é excelente e próxima ao centro é barcas.
E por fim o atendimento que pra mim é o melhor de tudo!
Todos os colaboradores bem educados e super disponíveis.

Nossa estadia foi excelente. Eu e minha família gostamos muito do local. Decoração rústica maravilhosa, ambientes limpos e bem cuidados, muitas atrações (redes, piscina, brinquedoteca, bancos, hidromassagem, sauna), equipe de colaboradores atenciosos e prestativos, comida saborosa e pratos bem servidos, com ótimo custo benefício. O café da manhã é bem completo e variado. O quarto em que ficamos era muito espaçoso e confortável, o banheiro tinha uma ducha muito boa. Sentimos falta de mais 1 lixeira no quarto. Apesar de possuir diversos locais de pendurar roupas, e cabides em quantidade suficiente, faltam locais que permitam colocar roupa para secar, ou ainda um varal de chão dobrável no quarto. O local é próximo a 2 entradas para praia de Araçaípe, bem como é ponto de parada das vans, e possui lojas de conveniência, lanchonetes, padarias nas proximidades.
