Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier nur bedingt
Wir haben hier Entspannung gesucht, aber nicht so gefunden, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten.
Zum einen war der ständige Lärm aus dem Küchengebäude des Nachbarhotels „Amaia“ störend, zum anderen wurde der Strand oft mit lauter und nerviger Discomusik beschallt.
Gut gefallen haben uns das Zimmer und der hervorragende Zimmerservice sowie die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Auch das Essen (Frühstück und Snacks) waren sehr gut.
Der Strand ist ein Traum! Trancoso ist gut zu Fuß über den Strand zu erreichen (tagsüber). Ansonsten guter Taxiservice (einfache Fahrt 50 R$ = 11,24 Euro).

O local é bonito, Trancoso é bonito, mas o Gaia Hotel Boutique é péssimo! - Baratas foram encontradas no quarto, e a administração do hotel não tomou nenhuma atitude. Tive que dormir uma noite com baratas mortas no quarto porque ignoraram meu pedido para a camareira ir lá limpar o chão. - Barulho infernal pela manhã. Você vai para um lugar desses para descansar, mas tem que acordar às 5 horas da manhã por causa de pessoal falando alto, já que o quarto não tem isolamento acústico. - Café da manhã é ruim, há poucas opções. Os pães são frios, duros, e as frutas passadas. - Faltam frutos do mar nos almoço e janta. Você está de frente para a praia e não pode comer um peixe. Enfim, não vale a pena, ainda mais pelo preço que cobram. Há pções melhores em Trancoso algumas até mais baratos, e mesmo se for mais caro, ainda vale a pena pagar um pouco mais e não ter que desperdiçar suas preciosas férias num hotel que é mal administrado e não tem o menor respeito com seus hóspedes.

Hotel bom!! Pontos Positivos: localização, conforto do quarto e atendimento da recepção, principalmente do Lucas!! Pontos Negativos: café da manhã muito fraco, e ainda cobram a parte por alguns pratos; equipe educada, mas sem treinamento; hotel parado, não fazem nada para agradar e segurar os hóspedes para aproveitarem e desfrutarem da estrutura do hotel; piscinas comum e do quarto são geladas, não conseguimos entrar; Custo benefício muito ruim, cobram o mesmo valor de outros hotéis, porém entregam bem menos!!

Maravilhosa!
Excelente! O Lucas que nos atendeu foi extremamente simpático e educado, super flexível com o check-in e check-out o que nos possibilitou aproveitar bastante a área da praia. A única coisa que reparamos foi a acústica do quarto, ouvíamos tudo do nosso vizinho, de resto é uma ótima opção.

Excelente, nota 10 em todos os quesitos.
Hotel incrível em todos os quesitos. Quartos e estrutura nova, atendimento nota 10 em todos os setores, fazem questão de tudo para que os hospedes se sinta bem. Fomos em família, com idoso, criança, casal... e todos eles serviram e atenderam super bem. O excelente atendimento, deixou a estadia muito melhor.
O restaurante fica próximo da praia, que facilitava para refeições. O atendimento na praia bem eficiente, com uma boa estrutura.
O quarto foi arrumado mais de um vez no dia. Sempre que saíamos, hora que voltava ele estava organizado novamente.
Com certeza recomendamos e voltariamos.
