Não recomendo a ninguém! PÉSSIMO! Segundo dia aqui estou reclamando que a descarga não funciona e até agora nada! Cofre eletrônico que não funciona é preciso usar uma chave fornecida pela recepção. Nunca hotel algum cobrou pela toalha de banho para piscina este cobra 3 reais. Que não tenha um copo de água como cortesia até passa, mas cobrar pela toalha?? PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA! Não escolhi o mais caro nem o mais barato. 4 estrelas??? Não dou meia estrela!

Acredito ter sido o PIOR hotel que já me hospedei em toda minha vida. QUARTO: De início, meu quarto estava com a roupa de cama manchada, cortinas rasgadas e vaso sanitário amarelado. Além disso, um barulho constante de reforma (marteladas, britadeiras e etc.) que persistiram durante TODOS os dias da minha estadia. RESTAURANTE: A comida? Péssima! Nitidamente pratos congelados do mercado esquentados no microondas… sem contar o RATO que vi no restaurante enquanto jantava! Sim, um RATO! Dos grandes ainda! Praticamente não havia reposição do café da manhã. Comida fria e acabando antes da metade do horário previsto para o encerramento. ATENDIMENTO: Para a cereja do bolo, somado a tudo isso, funcionários de extrema arrogância e desdenho. Tudo que era solicitado era feito com má vontade, demorava MUITO e ainda vinha errado. Confesso que não sobrava paciência para pedir a correção de um prato errado no restaurante pois sabia que demoraria mais algumas horas até que viesse de volta. Recomendo que NÃO fiquem nesse hotel que, por incrível que pareça, é carregado de boas avaliações por aí! Venho, portanto, deixar minhas considerações para que os próximos não cometam o mesmo erro que eu cometi!

Hotel localizado numa área simples, sem atrativos visuais,mas sem problemas de violência/insegurança. Hotel com bom aspecto, mas atualmente com número de hóspedes que excede a relação com o espaço / convivência harmoniosa. Café da manhã mais tumultuado do que rodoviária em véspera de feriadão. As faxineiras nunca limpam debaixo das camas. Poderiam exigir pelo menos uma vez a cada mês!
