Hotel Sestante

Wir waren so begeistert von diesem tollen und neuen Hotel. Vom Empfang bis zur Reinigungskraft waren alle super zuvorkommend und nett. Besonders Alexandra (Empfang) und Service ist Fernando besonders hervorzuheben. Tolle Tiefgarage, wo man sogar Einzelplätze bekam. Wir hatten auch abends ein 4 Gänge Menü von einem Sternekoch kreiert. Eine Geschmacksexplosion!!! Unglaublich. Zudem bekamen wir auch ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade . Dann noch der tolle Pool und, und und. Man kann hier nicht alles aufzählen. Wir können die Leute nicht verstehen, die für dieses Hotel schlechte Bewertungen abgeben. Wir fanden es unschlagbar auch vom Preis und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Vielen lieben Dank an alle im Hotel, die uns diese schönen 2 Wochen beschert haben.

Onestamente non capisco le recensioni negative di alcune persone, forse competitor o male lingue, giro per molti hotel e daró la mia impressione. Hotel nuovo, di livello e buon gusto, dai colori bianco e verde tiffany. La colazione ha tutto quello che si può chiedere, dalle uova al salato, al dolce, brioches appena sfornate, yogurt e quant’altro. La sala ristorante è molto carina, piccola ma carina con alcuni tavoli fronte piscina che consigliamo di provare a cena se volete stare in tranquillità prima di immettervi nella movida serale della Gallura. Ringraziamo il personale dello staff della ristorazione per l’ accoglienza e la professionalità. Il telo piscina offerto ogni giorno è possibile cambiarlo e la piscina è veramente bella, una piccola oasi di pace fuori dal caos. La stanza moderna, con armadi belli, bello anche il terrazzo dove poter sedere, una bella idea aver messo i divanetti. In sostanza super consigliato e ci torneremo!! Il personale reception non è sempre lo stesso ma con noi è stato cortese e disponibile. Unica cosa consiglierei di abbassare la tassa di soggiorno, non è possibile pagare 7 euro al giorno, neanche se si sta a Porto Rotondo, e sarebbe meglio aggiungere anche uno specchio grande in camera, a muro o nell’ armadio.

I spent a week at this brand new stylish and at the same time sober structure, located in a strategic position in Porto Rotondo. The rooms are very welcoming and very clean, the swimming pool framed by a very well-kept garden is very beautiful. The restaurant is excellent and compliments to the staff, always welcoming and smiling, ready to provide information and satisfy every need. Highly recommended!

Hotel with great potential, but really badly managed, absurd breakfast, 0 professionalism ... the gem is that the beach towel must last 3 days, not even in a 2 star .... The site talks about a free shuttle to the beaches, perhaps they meant a small boat, because unless it was in the sea it has never been seen .... Restaurant menu worthy of a starred the problem is that it is difficult to make a white pasta ..... highly discouraged

The hotel is new and not yet 100% finished. Unfortunately, no valet parking, catastrophic welcome at the reception. No good morning, no “how was your trip?”. A lazy young lady, who from the way she behaves seems to have never attended hotel school or worked in a hospitality facility, welcomes us with a “yes?” A phone call arrives and instead of making the caller wait, she makes us wait. Then, the first thing she does is immediately worry about erasing the check out time of 12:00 printed on the contract to handwrite 11:00 as if it were the most important thing to tell us and this despite the fact that we have booked for a week and therefore would have all the time to tell us. Meanwhile, despite so much zeal regarding the check out time, it is already 14:15 and the room is not ready and is given to us only after our insistence. The manager is nearby, sees and hears everything and pretends nothing is happening. Parking accessible with an intercom suitable only for trucks. If you have a normal car you have to get out every time to ring. The breakfasts are very sad. Little choice of very low quality, typical of a two-star hotel. Self-service coffee and cappuccinos. If you ask the waiter you have to pay extra. Pool/beach towels must last three days otherwise you will be charged extra per day per towel. The rooms are clean and spacious. Slippers are missing, which are now found even in lower category hotels. Minibar is out of stock. A miserable bag of crisps. In short, for a 4-star hotel to be launched, at the moment it seems more like a hotel at risk of free fall.
