Très bel hôtel bien placé dans Porto Moniz. Le junior studio est très confortable, avec une belle vue côté mer. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner complet et correct. Un plus imprévu : petit parking privatif gratuit, sans doute récemment aménagé, un vrai plus dans cette ville où les stationnements sont partout payants. Un moins : le spa est en travaux, restait donc la (belle) piscine pour se détendre.

This weekend I went to the hotel where the pool was supposed to be under maintenance/construction and they told me that I could enter after we were already in the water, after about 2 minutes a man came running to say: Oh, if it's burning your eyes or skin, go fast to the recession and complain. After a while I looked at my wrist and realized that it was very dark. THE WATER IN THE POOL WAS COMPLETELY GREEN. Inside the pool they must have poured some Abrasive product that damaged the shine of my pandoras and now the hotel does not want to be responsible. Hotel without any skills. On top of that, they are rude. I DON'T ADVISE TO GO HORRIBLE

Bad service, they don't want to be responsible for danus caused by the hotel itself, bad service. IT HAS NO COMPETENCE TO RECEIVE PEOPLE IT DOES NOT HAVE THE SERVICES THAT THE SITE INDICATES THE ROOM COULDN'T EVEN OPEN THE BEDROOM WINDOW DUE TO THE WIND THE BATHROOM CEILING FLEW OFF. I COULDN'T ENJOY IT BECAUSE THE HOTEL HAS NO RESPONSIBILITIES WHATSOEVER Horrible

Wurde gerade renoviert, deswegen war der Pool etc nicht geöffnet.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Gute (wechselnde) Auswahl beim Frühstück, leider nicht wirklich warme Speisen.
Wunderbare Lage, gut um viele Wanderungen zu erreichen, direkt bei den natürlichen Schwimmbecken.

Pas de piscine
Très bel établissement, parking facile, grande chambre propre et confortable. Accès facile à pieds aux commerces, restaurants et piscines naturelles.
Gros point négatif : piscine extérieure fermée, impossible d'aller à la piscine intérieure car il fallait réserver à l'avance mais personne ne nous a prévenu... Très déçus.
