Absolutely great hotel with good service! Parking garage is a bit tight but we managed just fine (and it’s free so who is to complain). Had a really large edge room with a great terrace. Everything was clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly! Perk is that you get to use the amenities at the other partner hotels too as well as the natural pools.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war riesig, die Betten waren sehr bequem und mit unterschiedlichen Kissen ausgestattet. Unsere Terrasse hatte drei Ebenen, davon eine mit Sonnenliegen und zwei weitere mit Loungessesseln. Alles war sehr modern gestaltet und stets sauber. Von der oberen Terrasse konnte man auch das Meer sehen. Die Gäste können die Naturpools kostenlos nutzen und erhalten Rabatte in den Restaurants und Spa Anwendungen. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage oder den angrenzenden Parkplätzen sind ebenfalls includiert. Die Pralinen, die jeden Tag auf dem Bett liegen sind auch sooo lecker.

Tudo muito limpo ,bom pequeno almoço, pessoal muito simpático e prestavel em qualquer dúvida, Voltaria a ficar neste hotel vou recomendar a amigos e família, se um dia for outra vez a Madeira ,vou voltar a ficar neste hotel adorei . Piscinas lindas.

Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf van 2 nachten in de studio by Aqua Natura in Porto Moniz. De studio is mooi ingericht met prima bedden en een hele fijne badkamer met ruime inloopdouche. Het ontbijt is een klein stukje lopen naar het rooftopterras met prachtig uitzicht op zee en de natuurlijke baden. Een heerlijk ontbijt met veel verse producten op een geweldige plek. Een verblijf hier is een echte aanrader!

Very friendly and always helpful staff, room was very clean and well equipped. Location allows to explore Porto Muniz by foot. The breakfast was amazing. Gym and pool options are very good. We would definitly reccomend a stay in the studios!

We had an excellent experience during our stay. The studio was exceptionally clean, with a sleek and modern design that made it feel very comfortable. The staff was friendly, approachable, and always available to assist with any questions or requests I had, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. To top it off, the breathtaking view added a special touch, making each morning even more memorable.

Very nice hotel, very well located and the staff, particularly Francisco welcomed us very warmly! Breakfast is great as well on a rooftop with a view on the natural pools. Thank you for making our few days in Porto Moniz a great memory... we hope to be back again!

Adoramos os Studios By Aqua Natura, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, fomos muito bem recebidos por todos. Facilidade em estacionar, tem parque gratuito. É muito sossegado, sem barulho, seguro, perfeito para quem quer descansar e relaxar. Otimas condições no quarto, cama, almofadas, wc, amenities, a cozinha está muito bem equipada, decoração moderna e atual, limpeza exímia, sentimo-nos em casa. Ótimo pequeno almoço e jantar no Hotel Aqua Natura. A piscina infinita do Hotel Aqua Natura Bay era óptima, com ambiente sossegado e relaxante, a vista é estonteante. O hotel é maravilhoso com pessoas maravilhosas como a Srª Katty e o Sr. Francisco da receção, sempre disponíveis para ajudar, estamos extremamente satisfeitos e felizes ,recomendo este maravilhoso lugar onde irei certamente voltar muitas vezes. Obrigada a todos pela equipa fantástica e até breve.
