Mettre des ampoules ou ne sommes pas obligés d aller sous le lit pour débrancher . Pommeau douche cassé , poignées cassées, poils dans le lavabo . Bruit jusqu’à 4 h du matin , pas de climatisation et un ventilateur qui ne fonctionne pas . Un petit déjeuner abusif pour 9 . Honte à booking de louer ça et d oser mettre une note aussi élevée

Nous avons eu une annulation de vol suite aux grèves en France. Nous n'avons donc pas pu nous rendre dans cet établissement. Nous avons contacté l'hôtel dès que notre vol a été annulé! Ce dernier n'a rien voulu savoir et n'a pas cherché à reporter notre séjour. C'est une attitude peu commerciale et regrettable. C'est lorsque les clients ont des problèmes que l'on peut vraiment apprécier le professionnalisme d'un établissement! Malheureusement cela ne semble pas être une priorité chez eux! Cet établissement est surement très bien ! Nous ne le saurons jamais ! Dommage !

Expérience très désagréable. Nous avions réservé une suite avec balcon, que nous n'avons pas eu. Après réclamations, car nous insistons sur le balcon (nous fumons), la gérante nous dit que nous pourrons fumer dans la chambre. Quand nous lui demandons si ça ne pose pas problème avec l'alarme incendie, elle nous répond qu'elle ne fonctionne pas. On nous propose 50% de rabais que nous acceptons. Nous avons reçu un mail de confirmation, qui confirmait également que tout était payé (taxes et impôts comprises). Le lendemain en voulant quitter l'établissement, l'employé nous a empêché de partir en s'interposant physiquement entre nous et la sortie car soi-disant il restait des taxes à payer. Absolument inacceptable puisque notre confirmation disait bien taxes et impôts inclus. A côté de ça, les chambres sont extrement bruyantes, on entend TOUT ce qui se passe dans la maison. Nous étions au courant pour les boîtes de nuit, donc rien à redire la-dessus.

The location is ideal. But the rooms, on the street side, are very noisy due to the music from cafes which stay open very late at night. So we sleep very poorly. Breakfast in addition to the price of the room is 8€ without being exceptional. In conclusion, I do not recommend choosing this establishment.

This was our first visit to Porto: definitely worth visiting. It was a Thursday. As we entered the side street off a promising part of Porto we were dismayed to see two ***** clubs - hiding behind the moniker of Gentleman's Clubs. This immediately made me regret booking this place as my teen daughter was with us. On entering the main door into the hallway we went through another coded door to a lovely interior so our spirits were lifted after the initial shock! This was short-lived however as we didn't get any sleep until 5am when music from across the street ended. I tried listening to a podcast but my regular headphones couldn't cancel out that background beat of thump, thump, thump, thump! It was my fault for mixing up Oporto House (which has no parking) with Turim Oporto (which provides parking). Maybe don't make that mistake if you value your sleep. On the plus side if you like ***** clubs and don't need much sleep this is right up your street! We enjoyed good, healthy food at nearby NOLA (short for no label). We parked at the Trindade public carpark about a 10 min walk away (it is covered in splendid murals) and it cost us 24 euros for our stay of just under 20 hours.

The unbeatable location! But the bed was not comfortable at all, we stayed in room number 3 and the mattress was completely sunken and super uncomfortable! I understand that there are many rooms but when a certain time comes or they have certain deficiencies they should change it, my friends stayed in number 9 and the mattress was great. The first day in the morning I organized the bed a little so that the bedding was not left on the floor, and instead of making the bed they left it as I had put it. The service has been good but I have to highlight that to be in a hotel/apartments you should require languages since the girl at the Spanish reception controlled quite little, we had to communicate in English (I say this as constructive criticism)
