Établissement défraîchi, propreté douteuse (sur la terrasse mégot au sol et restes de nourriture sur les fauteuils plastiques)
Salle bain mal entretenue (joints .. ,) douche pb d'étanchéité, vis à vis sur vieil immeuble en beton, en tavaux, assez loin de la photos des immeubles charmants de la rue.
Accueil expéditif (homme agacé par 1/2 h de décalage par rapport à l'horaire annoncé).
Très bonne situation centrale dans Porto, chambre mansardée spacieuse.
Du potentiel, si entretien de fond en comble.

Central Location But Poor Service
We returned here again because of central location and facilities and our past positive experience however we were very disappointed with parts of our stay. Daily housekeeping was part of our accommodation purchase both written and verbally but never happened and as we stayed for 6 nights clean sheets clean towels toilet paper etc should have been provided. The first thing we had to do was defrost the fridge as it was so iced up, the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and the shower leaked. The room supplies like salt and pepper had empty shakers, the dishwashing detergent ran out, there were no extra rubbish bags which were a necessity after 6 days and there was nothing to clean or sweep the floor with! We were unable to contact anybody and had to try to catch the cleaners just to get toilet paper. Totally different from our previous stay. Also the TV on the eisel was quite dangerous as it was unstable and moved around with a potential to fall. Having said all this we enjoyed our stay but these issues need attending to especially the housekeeping which was supposed to be included.

The property is in a great location, ten minutes from all major areas. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby too. Communication and check in was great! The only complaint is the property is getting a bit tired in places and the floors were quite squeaky. Saying that, I would book again as for the price it's on a great location.

Bathroom is more run down than appears in the photos and did not feel 100% clean upon arrival. AC did not work at the beginning. One of the managers fixed it, but then water overflowed from the AC into the apartment. Balcony for units in the rear open to an abandoned building.

Una buona scelta, al centro di Porto. Camera e mini appartamento confortevoli per localizzazione vicino al centro. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma, senza particolari servizi aggiuntivi o extra. La zona è ricca di ristoranti e caffè, così come di alcuni negozi.

Wir hatten vier geräumige Apartments in einem renovierten Haus. Alles war neuwertig und sauber. Die Lage ist ideal, d.h. zentral und man kommt schnell überall hin. Da die Rua Almada eine Einbahnstraße ist, hält sich der Straßenverkehr in Grenzen, nachts und auch tagsüber ist es ruhig. Ebenfalls sehr erfreulich: Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Alexandre, der uns -obwohl wir schon sehr früh anreisten- freundlich in Empfang nahm, so daß wir unsere Zimmer gleich belegen konnten.

Adorámos tudo! Excelente localização, muito central, fica próximo de tudo! Temos a estação da Trindade que é excelente para quem viaja de avião, é direto e não se anda muito a pé até chegar ao alojamento. O apartamento é super agradável, limpo, camas incluindo o sofá da sala super confortáveis. A receção por parte da Marta foi excelente, super atenciosa e querida, deu-nos dicas de sítios a visitar.
