Nice hotel, comfortable beds, nice staff, 5 min to train station, flexible check in. Cheap stay, Highly Recommened, nice buffet breakfast, bus stops close by, clean beds, helped with printout also, good value

Called on 20/Jan to reserve a room and they confirmed the room in my name. Arrived on 7/Apr and there was no room for us. They wished us luck finding the a room in Porto in Easter time for the same day...

Mediocre, I do not recommend it. It has been the worst place where I have stayed, lack of hygiene, dirty bathroom, room without ventilation, a lot of noise. The only thing that saves the treatment of the staff that has been friendly and attentive. Before booking read the comments, because if not later you will be surprised. When you open the door of the room, you get a closed smell (normal because the room has no window) and it is also dark, it has very little light, the bathroom is the worst part, they left us a started toilet paper from another client, the dirty brush full of c*** (I'll leave photos to see if they post them), the curtain is yellowish with mold, the bathroom door doesn't close because it doesn't fit in the frame, when we open the closet we find a blanket and a pillow lying on it floor in the closet. I do not recommend it.
