Right size of room, great location, necessary amenities. Sober , inviting and elegant atmosphere. We were welcomed initially by Gonzalo who was very helpful in explaining the in and outs of the city and main interesting places to visit. Sonia , at the reception was as well extremely kind and helpful with tips and info about transportation and answered in a very detailed manner any inquiries we had. Special mention to Raquel who graciously greeted us every morning with an outstanding variety of fruit and healthy choices for breakfast. She even cooked eggs at our choice. We felt at home and rated our stay the best in our two weeks in the country Pepe and Margarita

Le personnel est sympathique. Chambre petite (une dizaine de M2 sans le couloir et le cabinet de toilette). TV inutilisable, mais de toute façon aucune chaine française préréglée dans cette hôtel 3 étoiles. Chambre donnant sur l'arrière calme et clim efficiente. Petit déjeuner à 20 euros même pas digne d'un formule 1. Je n'ai jamais mangé de petit déjeuner d'une qualité aussi médiocre depuis 40 ans que je fréquente les hôtels. Il ne vaut même pas 8 euros. Pain et croissant tout droit sorti d'un sac plastic, jus d'orange sans doute reconstitué à partir de poudre et pas d'autre boisson de proposé à part de l'eau. Laitages de la marque distributeur de Lidl. Fromage immangeable. Le reste était du même niveau. Bref, de quoi très mal commencé nos journées à Porto.

Hotel confortável, embora com falha na acessibilidade, não tem elevador para os quatro pisos que possue. O quarto é muito bom, roupas de cama e banho limpas, não tem café da manhã incluído. É classificado como hotel três estrelas, mas oferece apenas o que um hotel duas estrelas oferece. Não tem área de lazer, de jogos, bar e piscina.

Le personnel est ADORABLE, que ce soit Rui (qui nous a gentiment proposé 2 chambres à choisir à notre arrivée), offert le petit déjeuner le lendemain, l’accord de la Responsable pour nous changer de chambre le lendemain : attention les chambres à l’étage qui donnent sur rue sont très bruyantes ! Je n’en ai pas dormi la première nuit. Nous avons été mis au rdc par la suite ce qui était bien mieux, sauf certaines personnes qui le matin font « comme chez elles » en allant au petit déjeuner. Sonia était très souriante et agréable, nous al remercions également pour son accueil. Quant à Gonzalo, il est super ! Et qui plus est, parle français. Les 3 personnes ont été attentives à note bien être, nous ont donné des conseils … Bref, personnel qu’on . Aimerait retrouver partout ailleurs… L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 30 minutes à pied du Douro. Nous avons TOUT fait à pied. Le soir, nous avons mangé au Madureira, et à la Taberna di Doutor (rapport qualité prix excellents ! ). Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner dans un café situé à droite de l’hôtel en contre bas ! Bref, situation et personne de cet Hôtel top ! Le fait que la premier chambre donne sur la rue : trop/ très bruyant !!
