Very clean and central hotel, you can walk to the center and bars and restaurants, right in front of the hotel is the Trindade metro stop from which you can go to various points of the city and other nearby towns such as the Vila do Conde outlet, also from the metro you can go to Gaia and its port wine cellars. Hotel located near one of the main metro stations in Porto, where most of the lines meet to get around the city. A ten minute walk away is the nightlife area, while the main tourist attractions of the historic center are about a 20 minute walk away. Right breakfast, without infamy and without praise. I was assigned a room on the first floor which gave access to the roof terrace (very poorly maintained) on the ground floor of the hotel to which the other adjacent rooms on the first floor also had access. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor, I didn't feel free to sleep at night with the balcony open. The hotel entrance is unclear from the street as there is no sign indicating it but only the name written next to the entrance. Overall a good facility, but not 4 star.

A perfect welcome, we were able to drop off our luggage at the concierge desk before checking in. A glass of port was offered to us in the evening. And fresh water is available at reception.

Fantastic hotel, within an amazing and privileged location in the heart of Porto. Hotel is extremely clean, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast to start your day. Upon arrival, you are treated with a welcome drink card to use during your stay, therefore, you can enjoy a nice Porto Wine. The staff is attentive and very helpful at all times. The location of the hotel is everything, close to Trindade metro station and a few steps from Aliados Avenue, Sao Bento station, Rua Santa Catarina, and many more. Do not hesitate do stay at this hotel and enjoy Porto.

El hotel tiene cosas buenas y otras cosas no tan buenas mejorables.Entre las cosas buenas hay que destacar la ubicación, se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de metro de trindade , puedes desplazarte al aeropuerto en metro, linea directa, también tiene buena ubicación para ir andando a la mayoría de las zonas de interés turístico sin estar en pleno centro .El desayuno es correcto ,variado y el personal que lo atiende muy amable y servicial.Tambien tiene aspectos muy mejorables , nuestra habitación daba a la zona interior y las ventanas tienen muy mal aislamiento, se oye el ruido de los aparatos de aire acondicionado sobre todo por la noche y en los momentos de viento se nota que entra viento por las ventanas. Falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones, el pomo de la puerta del baño se caía continuamente, el baño austero, básico.otra cosas que he echado de menos ha sido un canal de TV en español, en nuestra TV no se cogía ninguno.#sta ha sido mi experiencia en este hotel

I liked: the location (it's in the upper part of the city but a 15-minute walk from the center, so there aren't too many people on the street), the helpfulness and cleanliness of the waitresses at breakfast, the comfort of the bed (even though it wasn't a double bed), and the thoughtfulness of offering you a glass of port upon arrival. I didn't like: the lack of general maintenance of the hotel; it's somewhat neglected, with scratched furniture, some paintwork needs to be touched up, etc. Cleaning could be improved, especially in the bathrooms; with so much carpeting and rugs, it's a bit more difficult. If your room faces the back, there's noise from the extractor fans and ventilation units downstairs. But it's a good option for Porto; they also have an agreement with a nearby parking lot in case you need to park. The parking lot is all blue, and you have to renew your ticket every two hours.

Lo mejor: situación, frente a la estación central del metro, céntrico en relación al mercado de O Bollao y Aliados. Habitación muy espaciosa y funcional. Desayuno variado en fruta, pan y repostería, y limitado en cuanto a la sección de salados. Buena calidad del descanso (buen colchón y 3 tipos de almohadas). Requiere revisar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Mejorable al limpieza de la habitación y del baño. No dispone de aparcamiento ni concierto con otro privado. Se escucha permanentemente el ruido de los aparatos de refrigeración. Hay escaleras para acceder desde la calle a la recepción.
