Our first room was big and with good view. However, the shower didn’t work well. So we had to move to another room which was much smaller and darker. The whole communication process was terrible, the staffs didn’t believe our problem at first and never showed any sorry for the inconvenience this hotel caused. Anyway, it’s a very disappointing experience!

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, but unfortunately the entrance is under renovation and it is quite messy. There was a party with college students that night, so I didn't sleep well, but overall it was pretty good.

The hotel was much nicer than some of the other reviews I read about it. It has bags of charm and was very clean. There are renovations going on at the moment so lots of banging which is no good for someone who likes to sleep in. The room itself was lovely but with a real lack of space for your 'things' and the bathroom, which was newly refurbished, could really do with some shelves and storage. No milk or sugar for tea but there is a fridge for milk so not the end of the world. Excellent location
