The room is very simple but the space is quite large. The location is a bit remote but it is a relatively quiet area. There is a beautiful outdoor atrium shared with the hotel of the same brand next door. When you check in on the same day, you may encounter many people arriving at the same time. Having only one front desk guy will test everyone's patience. After all, even the Italians behind you can't stand it (ha). In other words, there is a very enthusiastic guy who will greet you during breakfast. The overall atmosphere is good, and the people who live here are also quite special. There are many retired people and many young people who look like backpackers.

The ROOM is not user-friendly. The spaces inside are not well distributed.
The hangers don't fit well in the "open wardrobe", the AC can't be controlled, the water pressure from the sink is very low and the coffee machine inside the drawer is almost hidden inside.
The LOCATION is good if you plan to go to city center (bolhao market) but not convenient if you wish to go to Ribeira by waking.
The entrance to the parking space (20€ per night) is very tiny and not easy to access; they didn't park the car for us as most hotels do.
For 1 night we had no hot water and we had to take cold shower.
We didn't receive any welcome kit (usually they give you a sweet, a small pastel de nata, but they didn't to us).
Breakfast is a small buffet with limited options.
The entire experience at this hotel is definitely not worth the money they charge p/night, roughly 125€.

We had expectations of cleanliness that were not met during our stay. Hair on the sheets, dirty bathroom mirror, broken shower screen, removable drain, smell of pipes in the mornings... It is located about 25 minutes from the old part of the city. Very attentive and friendly employees.

El hotel tiene un bonito diseño, es acogedor y cuidan muy bien los detalles. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y muy cerca del centro ( 5 min). El personal del hotel es muy amable, atento y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Te ofrecen una bienvenida acogedora e intenta, si es posible, ofrecerte lo que necesites. En nuestro caso, pedimos late check out y pudieron ofrecérnoslo. Nosotros nos alojamos en la Suite y recomendamos vivir la experiencia en ella, la habitación era amplia, la terraza era perfecta, teníamos a nuestro disposición café, té y agua, el baño era amplio y la cama junto a las almohadas muy cómodas para el descanso. El único fallo que apreciamos para una pareja fue que la cama eran dos individuales, aun así disfrutamos de la estancia.
