Belomont6 Apartments

Excellent location for walking around Porto. Access to it is uphill (which is difficult to avoid in Porto). Very close by there is a square with restaurants. We got a two-bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us (2 couples and a child). Apt with a double bed and a single bed upstairs and a double bed downstairs. Windows that block out light and sound, air conditioning in the hallway (the downstairs room has a door and no air, you have to leave the door open but it cools very well). Everything clean, equipped kitchen (only missing a coffee machine), good breakfast (they leave it at the door every morning). The view from the apartment is very beautiful and it has an elevator. I recommend

A disaster....at first everything was nice....Booking cancelled our reservation...we contacted them...Maria attended to us, super nice, polite...she said that there was no problem for us to go but that we should talk to Booking anyway...We contacted them and they didn't solve the problem...So Maria said that it was okay for us to go and that she blocked the room in Booking so that they couldn't reserve it...All this telling us that we would transfer the price to her and she was very cordial that it was okay and that when we went....We arrived and everything was fine. She let us know to come in and we went to the apartment in the afternoon. ..he keeps telling us not to pay it, to wait until Sunday in case Booking charges us....what a surprise when being in the apartment a man comes in who supposedly had the code for it because it had been reserved...he says he's going to see what solution they can give him....so in short my husband calls Maria and says that Booking had made the reservation...so in short he comes to see the solution....All that at 7 in the evening...our searching and of course everything seemed expensive to him (considering that we had made the reservation a long time ago) a solution that up until now with 2 small children has not been solved for us....now let's see where we spend the night...of course our ****** for leaving the apartment without giving us a solution...I only hope that if you have children it never happens to you...because you don't know how much it hurts...Outraged and angry is little...
