Fabulous retreat near São Paulo — a great place to come and relax. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is lovely. The standard rooms are huge.

Excelente estadia com tudo funcionando perfeitamente, atendimento primoroso por parte de toda equipe do hotel, quartos grandes, limpos e com maravilhosas amenidades. Lobby bar com muito boa carta de aperitivos, excelentes café da manhã e restaurante. Muitas opções para lazer, SPA, Piscina primorosa, restaurante e bar do golf club, clube Kids entre outras. Paisagens Lindas.

Serviço de excelência em todos os detalhes. Local de beleza exuberante. Jardins lindíssimos, quarto muito confortável, café da manhã excelente, cama deliciosa, colaboradores sorridentes e atenciosos. A Fazenda Boa Vista tem muitos lugares lindos. Vale locar carrinho de golfe para andar por ela.

O local é sensacional e a arquitetura do hotel é de tirar o fôlego! As acomodações são excelentes e como sempre os colchões Zissou estão presentes melhorando nossa estadia. Indico dar uma volta de bicicleta ou passear pelo condomínio. Fasano sempre 6 estrelas, no atendimento, na comida, nas instalações e nos amenities.

pontos positivos: local lindíssimo, quarto amplo, decoração de ótimo gosto, limpeza ótima. restaurante com ótima culinária, serviço impecável tanto no restaurante como no bar.
A melhorar: recepção, falta de informações sobre a própria estrutura do hotel, dos serviços disponíveis e seus respectivos funcionamentos. sério problema com bagagem, se não fosse pelo nosso motorista, nossas malas estariam com algum cliente que partia do hotel, grave. Inexplicavelmente, num hotel que ambiciona ter esta categoria, a falta de aquecimento no quarto/banheiro e até mesmo cobertores, foi chocante. o wifi é de baixíssima banda.
