L'hôtel ne peut-être considéré comme un 4 étoiles mais 2 tout au plus. Tout est vieillot. Petit-déjeuner avec un choix très limité. Pas de Wi-Fi pour les chambres en bout de couloir. Le seul avantage est le parking gratuit et le personnel très sympathique.....

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from what I expected. Upon arrival, the staff were noticeably unfriendly, which set a poor tone from the start. The breakfast was extremely unappetising, it looked as though it had been sitting out for far too long and lacked any freshness or care.
The hotel itself felt very outdated and in need of serious renovation. The bar didn’t open until later in the afternoon, which was inconvenient, and I was surprised to learn that access to the pool required an extra fee, something I believe should have been included.
To make matters worse, the internet wasn’t working during my stay. When I asked about it, the staff offered no alternative solutions or compensation, and seemed generally indifferent to the issue.
Overall, this stay was a letdown. I expected better service and amenities, and I won’t be returning.

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel dei Pini e sono stata accolta con grande gentilezza. Le camere erano profumate, pulite e confortevoli, e lo staff – in particolare si ragazzi della reception – sempre disponibili e sorridenti. La cucina è ottima, con piatti gustosi e ben preparati. Inoltre, la posizione è strategica: l’hotel si trova vicino alla Scala dei Turchi, a due passi dalla Casa di Luigi Pirandello e non lontano dalla splendida Valle dei Templi. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consiglio a chi desidera relax, cultura e buona cucina in uno dei luoghi più belli della Sicilia.

Ho trascorso una mezza giornata in questo hotel con amici. Ho pranzato al ristorante e ne sono uscita davvero soddisfatta. Il menù a base di pesce era semplice ma ben curato. Ottimo il primo: pasta con pesce spada e pomodorini, saporita. A seguire, una frittura mista di calamari e salmone: leggera, croccante, con ingredienti freschi e ben cucinati. Come dolce, un parfait di mandorle che ha chiuso il pranzo con una nota piacevole. Inoltre abbiamo usufruito della piscina, ampia e pulita, dove ci siamo rilassati e divertiti. Un ringraziamento speciale va al direttore, accogliente e davvero meraviglioso: la sua presenza attenta e gentile ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.
