L'hôtel ne peut-être considéré comme un 4 étoiles mais 2 tout au plus. Tout est vieillot. Petit-déjeuner avec un choix très limité. Pas de Wi-Fi pour les chambres en bout de couloir. Le seul avantage est le parking gratuit et le personnel très sympathique.....

esperienza da non ripetere mai piu nuova gestione da poco ma disorganizzata e il personale che ci ha accolto è stato molto sgarbato eravamo 52 persone arrivati con un pulman ... le camere erano senza riscaldamenti bagni orribili il letto matrimoniale della mia camera ad un certo punto si è aperto nel centro , le asciugamani sembravano sporche , tutto quello che si vede in foto non esiste cosi come si vede la piscjna sporchissima , il campetto pieno di sterpaglia, tutto abbandonato , in conpenso si mangia bene abbiamo festeggiato il nuovo anno 2024-2025 il personale di sala meraviglioso ... per quanto riguarda il personale che gestisce sono stata molto delusa ci ha trattato come clienti di seconda categoria ,pur avendo pagato 600 euro a coppia ... ma è certo che non mi vedranno piu

Soggiornato per il pacchetto capodanno. Camere fatiscenti, la polvere svolazzava in ogni dove, i bagni sporchissimi. La "pulizia" giornaliera consisteva nell'alzare le coperte per dare una parvenza di stanza rassettata, non svuotavano neanche i cestini. Freddo sia jn stanza che negli spazi comuni. Acqua calda inesistente, non abbiamo potuto fare neanche la doccia. In sala ristorante a colazione non c'erano neanche le posate, le tovaglie sporche mai cambiate, per i pasti il direttore negava anche una lattina di coca cola. Cose mai viste, tutto a dir poco vergognoso. Dovrebbero declassare la struttura ad una stella, altro che 4 stelle.

Una delle peggiori esperienze di Capodanno della mia vita. Il cibo era a dir poco imbarazzante: insipido, freddo e di qualità scadente, sembrava preparato senza alcuna cura. L’organizzazione era un disastro totale: lunghissime attese tra le portate, nessuna comunicazione chiara, e il personale sembrava impreparato. Per non parlare del caos generale, con gente che non trovava posto. Prezzo troppo alto per la pessima qualità di tutto e addirittura il caffè non era nemmeno incluso. Davvero un Capodanno da dimenticare. Sconsiglio vivamente!

Situato in un ottimo punto per luoghi di interesse. Personale estremamente accogliente, immediatamente disponibile a risolvere qualunque esigenza. Il direttore una grandissima persona a modo, il ristorante molto accogliente con colazione a buffet anche all’americana, camerieri gentilissimi e piatti di buona fattura. sono curioso di tornare in estate quando l’immensa piscina della struttura potrà essere utilizzata.

Bonne demi pension pour séjour familial
En séjour de 3 nuit en famille, nous avons apprécié la demi-pension de très bonne qualité mais l'hôtel est vieillissant et beaucoup de choses cassées ne sont pas remplacées. Le personnel de l'hôtel est à l'écoute et compréhensif, d'ailleurs nous avons changé trois fois de chambre, merci à eux, mais dans l'ensemble l'extérieur et la piscine sont très agréables.
