A estrutura do hotel é excelente, tudo novo e muito arrumado. O café não é tão farto como as pessoas indicam. Apesar de informar que crianças menores de 12 anos não podem ser hóspedes, no período que estivemos havia várias crianças, bebês - aparentemente essa regra é bem flexível. O grande problema do hotel é o atendimento. A equipe é muito desorganizada e ineficiente, atendentes que esquecem pedidos, correndo. Cozinha é caótica e demorada. Pedir uma simples bebida já traz um desgaste. Por fim, tivemos um problema com uma mala extraviada pela companhia área - apesar de avisarmos várias vezes a recepção sobre a possível entrega da mala, fomos avisados sobre a chegada da bagagem quase 10 horas após a efetiva entrega no hotel. Isso demonstra um grande espaço de melhoria no atendimento. Espero que isso seja resolvido, pq o local é excelente.

Minha experiência com a Pousada foi a melhor possível. Local sossegado, ótimo para descansar. Bangalô/maloca muito aconchegante. Jardim e piscinas muito bem cuidados. Atendimento atencioso de todas as pessoas com as quais interagimos.

Pousada incrível! Equipe ainda melhor. Em especial para o pessoal do café da manhã e bar.
Sugestões para melhoria apenas:
Melhorar ou realizar a limpeza do difusor do chuveiro com mais frequência;
Revisar o ar cond, o mesmo não gelou muito como em alguns momentos era necessário;
Por fim, dado o nível da pousada (muito elevado), entendemos que disponibilizar hidratação para os hóspedes é algo minimamente necessário. Entendemos que o empreendimento não necessita desta receita e poderia disponibilizar bebedouros ou até mesmo água grátis. Semelhante à alguns resorts e hotéis. Que inclusive possuem um nível inferior à pousada Tatuá.

Decoração linda, Limpeza perfeita, atendimento maravilhoso (a Nay fez-nos sentir em casa), restaurante ótimo e a localização é espetacular, um verdadeiro paraíso para descansar e aproveitar com muita qualidade. Foi uma experiência incrível. Pousada extremamente agradável, com muita privacidade, aptos grandes com amenidades de muita qualidade. Praia paradisíaca e tranquiloa. Funcionários muito atenciosos que se desdobraram para atender qualquer solicitação. Transmitiam uma alegria genuína. O café da manhã é sensacional e muito farto. E o restaurante de altíssimo nível. Quase não compensa procurar outras opções. Em resumo foi uma ótima experiência.

Pousada boa e frente beira mar
O acesso é por uma estrada de chão e nos dias de chuvas que passei foi horrível, a frente do carro amassou nos buracos.
Não tem estacionamento, o carro fica na rua.
A rede wi-fi (internet) não é boa, o sinal as vezes não pega.
Passei uma noite sem luz, o gerador que eles tem não suportou a carga.
