Os funcionários são solicitos e a localização é boa.
Contudo, o quarto tem retorno do banheiro e fica com um cheiro desagradável. Além disso, a cama era bastante desconfortável e o quarto claramente não estava mt limpi, inclusive tinha um pacote de halls aberto no chão do quarto assim que entramos.
Também achei o café da manhã mediano e podia ter mais opções.

Estrutura do hotel é antiga, porém mal conservada. Inicialmente Ficamos no apto 308, o qual é minúsculo e mal estruturado. Nem janela de vidro tem para entrar luz de fora e a janela de madeira está danificada. Pedimos upgrade de quarto e fomos para o apto 302, este mais estruturado, porém.o ar condicionado está com problemas, ele gela mais se esta muito calor ele não da conta. As janelas do banheiro são de madeira e não abrem para ventilar. O vaso sanitário e o box nunca viram um produto e uma escova. O box está com as paredes manchadas de protetor solar e o chão está grudando. Mas nem tudo são problemas. As piscinas sempre estão limpas, o pátio sempre está limpo e organizado, tanto na recepção quanto na cozinha o atendimento é muito bom, porém se tiver passeio agendado, tome cuidado com o café da manhã, pois eles dificilmente abrem o salão no horário correto.

Tive uma ótima experiência no Hotel Aconchego Porto de Galinhas! O café da manhã é delicioso, com bastante variedade e tudo muito bem preparado. Os quartos são confortáveis, bem cuidados e não deixam absolutamente nada a desejar. Além disso, os funcionários são extremamente educados e atenciosos, sempre prontos para ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza.
