The hotel is beautiful but needs more care, the service at check in was slow and inconsistent, the room was beautiful, the view was beautiful, the floor was not clean and the pillowcase looked like it had been used, the shower was great and large but the towels were yellow and very old, the The coffee was terrible, there was only bread, a lot of bread, a mess with the staff who left me in the tapioca queue for 20 minutes and didn't come back...it has its perks and cons...I myself won't go back.

O atendimento de excelência, todos os profissionais simpáticos e acolhedores , ambiente familiar , oferecem atividades em família e para crianças. Minha filha amou as brincadeiras com os tios que realizam as atividades para crianças tio brigadeiro, tia docinho, tio papagaio, tia Flor e tia abelhinha e os garçons também são simpáticos e atenciosos. Muito bem recebido pela recepção e super bem atendido pelos funcionários(da programação, praia, piscina, drinks, passeios etc..) , todos sempre bem educados e de bom humor, muito boa comida(sobre mesa nem se fala), praia a 100 metros do resort, fácil acesso a Uber, táxi ficam ao lado também…

Somente não gostei do fato do quarto para família ser localizado na frente do hotel, com vista muito ruim, principalmente em razão do lixo e muito barulho promovido por uma construção. Amamos o recreador Chocolate, pessoa boa e amiga. Retorno em breve e espero melhorias.
