O apartamento é bem completo, com 2 quartos e cozinha completa. Praia é perto, tem estacionamento.
O cafe da manha é opcional, mas não é buffet, e nao pode repetir.

Apartamento Ok, mas área de lazer suja.
O apartamento é agradável, confortável, limpo e bem equipado. A parte ruim é que a varanda é toda obstruída por uma construção vizinha. Então não há vista para outro lugar que não seja uma parede de tijolos. Outra questão a se pontuar é a limpeza da piscina e área de lazer. Passamos um dia no local, e encontramos cerca de 4 baratas dentro da piscina em horários diversos. Fora outros insetos. A área fora da piscina em alguns cantos apresenta um cheiro estranho, de bicho morto. Acho que só tem uma pessoa pra cuidar do prédio todo e a limpeza da área fica prejudicada. Há um restaurante nas dependências do prédio mas não chegamos a frequentar. No mais, se não for pra usar a área de lazer, e não fizer questão de ter uma vista na varanda, é ok.

The infrastructure of the place is very nice, comfortable. And the apartments are comfortable. There are details to take into account: The entrance has a very steep ramp which is usually uncomfortable for an elderly person or someone who has some physical difficulty climbing up. There is no staff at the reception 24 hours a day. That is, if you arrive at night I really don't know who will check you in. We entered at 12 noon and it was the maids who gave us the keys to the room. Ana, was very kind to us. Natahlia, the manager, kindly let us enter before check-in time. Keep in mind, as indicated on the page, that the center is 2 km away... you can go along the beach calmly... it may be tiring, so it is advisable to take an Uber. We only used the pool one day, since as the days went by we observed a lack of maintenance in the water... which is why it was cloudy, with hair and sand. The construction next to the place has already been completed, so the noise is not there. Everything that is mentioned to improve is in a constructive way. We appreciate our stay in the place. We had a great time.

Muita boa a comodidade e os móveis e mobília muito boa. Mas fica um pouco distante do Calçadão de Porto. Possui Restaurante e de fácil localização, todavia para ir as piscinas necessita ir de carro ou UBER
