The hotel is very expensive in all areas for rooms that are dated, towels that are worn and shabby as are the robes.
For €400 a night I did not expect a room above the taxi rank with noise and taxi phone ringing constantly. We were moved to a room with more privacy and when we opened the curtains on the morning a gardener was on our balcony - not private at all!!
The private beach is dirty and unkempt!
Some of the staff are excellent and do a wonderful job - some are just going through the motions.
This is not what I would class as 5* although the prices are!!
Would not recommend or return.

Great stay
We had a wonderful time in the hotel. The hotel is super big and has it’s on private beach. The beach is 10 min by boat but it’s good if you want to enjoy not crowded places. However, there are limited choices of beverages and for food you need to order in advance.
The restaurants of the hotel were great and the breakfast was amazing with a great view.
The bed was really good but the only thing to be improved is that the room had a wired smell of old things.
