Péssimo atendimento, principalmente de dono, que precisa fazer um curso de bom atendimento aos clientes. SÓ ERA SIMPÁTICO COM QUEM ELE QUERIA! Em nenhum momento foi simpático e hospitaleiro. Pagamos mais de 6.500 numa pousada que vale a metade do preço. Chuveiro tínhamos que catar os pingos, vaso do banheiro PÉSSIMO, o disjuntor caia toda vez que ligava o secador de cabelo, a localização também não é boa é longe da praia, éramos vigiados na entrada e saída da pousada.... Parece um quartel e não pousada! Teve um dia q chegamos da praia para OLHAR a piscina, E NÃO ENTRAR, o proprietário que fica no pátio cuidando, chamou minha atenção que não era pra entrar na piscina antes de tomar uma ducha, sendo que estávamos só olhando a piscina... Já ficamos em Hotéis 5 estrelas que ganharam prêmios de melhor do mundo e nunca fomos tratrados tão Mal como nessa pousada.... Levamos dois Pets, no qual um tivemos que pagar 600,00 a mais e não dava pra sair com elas no quintal que já olhavam torto, e sempre que pedíamos alguma coisa o mais importante era o bem estar DOS OUTROS HOSPEDES e não nós.

Excellent place to stay. Everything was amazing. The service was 5 stars and the breakfast was wonderful, location was perfect. For sure is one of the best hotels in Porto Belo.

Gran lugar. Habitaciones muy comodas. exquisito y muy variado desayuno. Muy buena ubicacion. Cuenta con un quincho muy comodo para almorzar o cenar y por sobre todas las cosas, Beto es un excelente anfitrion. Muy atento a las necesidades de los huespedes. Muchas gracias por todo.

Atendimento Péssimo, precisei remarcar a data não tinha mais e na data que tinha aumentaram o valor o dobro do que eu ia pagar , resultado perdi o valor todo do sinal que dei ,péssimo atendimento ninguém para avisar que se mudar a data aumentaria o valor.... Não recomendo para ninguém
