"The hotel is close to the airport and stays for convenient transportation. The hotel environment is very good, the room does not have toiletries and slippers like domestic ones, so you have to bring your own. Breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, bread is a bit unaccustomed, but the fruit is good."

CCalutoThe hotel was very confused, it had no information about the booking or payment we had already made and wanted to charge again. I had taken a printed copy of the booking as well as the confirmation. A strange situation. I will certainly not book any more for Trip.com to not pass through that

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, can't get a taxi, can wait for the shuttle. English is not very good communication, no one answers the hotel phone, but fortunately, I finally went to the shuttle smoothly compared with the airport staff.
Novotel is a large hotel chain, but it is the worst sanitation I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is not very clean and the toilet is dirty. Not too clean and clean is only limited to changing towels to make the bed, and Lin bath towels have not been cleaned for a few days.
The only comfort is that the breakfast is delicious, the choice is many, the cheese ball is delicious.

GGuest UserI usually stay here for easy access and for being close to the road station, but I have observed the systematic fall of quality of the morning coffee and the facilities in general (beds and showers). Due to this fall in quality, I am already considering seeing other stay options in the vicinity of the next stays in port Alegre. It was a hotel with a great cost benefit, but it is now being difficult to stay there for the reasons described above.

GGuest UserI missed a chair/sit to be able to sit. I had only a bed to sit, it was bad. I asked for a chair to be provided, but I had irregular legs. It suggests keeping a small chair and table base for us to do some activity with notebook.

GGuest UserI stayed in apartment 301. We arrived midnight after a long 9-hour trip from PR. We have been in this hotel several times, and until then we had only praises to do ... but this night from 08 to day 09/07/2022 was a real nightmare ... when we were lying in bed around 00:00: 30 I realized that you connected a noisy engine with a bulb bulb hitting ... that stayed for 2 or 3 minutes .... impossible to sleep with it ... I turned off the air conditioning think it could be our air ... I slept again ... 15 or 20 minutes after more 2 or 3 infernale minutes ... 15 or 20 minutes of silence and ... 2 or 3 minutes of very noise again ...e so happened hours on wire ... if you had been stepped up the car in a fuel station and sleeping ... would have been better.
