Camas confortáveis, amenieties muito bons, destaque para uma jarra elétrica pequena disponível no quarto bem prática para um chá ou cafezinho. Comida do restaurante muito boa ( room service), bem farta, mas cara. Não há muita variedade para quem fica muitos dias. Falta dos preços do produtos do frigobar, embora tenha um qr code no quarto, o mesmo não informa todos os produtos. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. O ralo do chuveiro estava solto, e na higienização dos quartos o piso não é limpo regularmente, para quem fica mais dias isso é perceptível. Localização excelente. Recepção do hotel é pequena e o sofá desconfortável.

Excelente hotel! Tudo muito limpo e organizado, Quarto amplo, cama ótima, Lençóis e toalhas muito limpos e macios. Chuveiro excelente. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã e internet incluso na diária. Café da manhã ótimo! Estacionamento à parte. Excelente!!!

Hotel bacana, acomodações bem conservadas e funcionários extremamente educados e solícitos! Parabéns aos colaboradores! A minha única observação negativa é quanto as atividades exercidas a recepção noturna: só vi uma única pessoa na recepção para exercer a função de recepcionista e também de garçom. Assim sobrecarregando o funcionário e deixando a desejar na assistencia ao cliente quando possui mais pessoas desfrutando dos serviços do restaurante. Um funcionário para servir jantar, receber entregadores de comidas, atender hospedes e as demandas da recepção é muito pouco! No geral, o hotel é muito bom! Preicsa melhorar apenas no serviço do restaurante!

Uma Pérolas na grande cidade... Tudo o que disseram aqui em nossa comunidade de bom pude comprovar. Os itens de Higiene do Banheiro é a tendência dos bons hotéis e sustentável também. Amei a fragrância. Só o estacionamento que poderiam ser mais em conta pro hóspede. Não dá pra estacionar nas imediações e a diária é salgada R$ 40,00 pra quem fica mais tempo pesa. O Café é um espetáculo, pena que não conseguimos provar todos os itens.. servem lanche, ovos, não sei se tem tapioca.....

Dirty room, very rude receptionist. The guy at the reception had no empathy and was not polite at all. Should go back home and start school again to learn some proper words and use them with the guests. An underwear was found in one room and hair and food on the floor of the other room. Breakfast and bed were good.

Quarto bastante simples, mas ok. Café da manhã simples também. Custo benefício estava ok, até voltar de uma festa a noite é o atendente foi bem rude comigo, foi atrás de mim e perguntou se estava hospedado. Respondi que sim, e mostrei a chave do quarto, que também libera o elevador. Não satisfeito, questionou em qual quarto eu estava. Me senti bastante ofendido. No café da manhã, que ia até as 10, estava ainda servindo e tiraram tudo, sem sequer perguntar se ia servir algo mais. Experiência ruim.

Hotel novo, bem localizado, silencioso, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, porém lençóis amassados, amarelados com aparência de sujos, toalhas também pareciam encardidas, banheiro bem pequeno, não tem ducha higiênica, possui uma tomada 220w no banheiro. Café bom.

O hotel tem tudo pra ser bom, a cama é ótima, chuveiro bom, espaço bom, porém precisa urgente rever a questão da limpeza! Espelhos lambuzados, lençóis todos amassados …que parece que nem foi trocada!!!!Fronhas manchadas … enfim, não voltaria!
