Fiquei hospedada no Master Grande Hotel - Centro Histórico na semana passada. A localização é realmente excelente, com fácil acesso ao Shopping Rua da Praia, à Praça da Alfândega e ao Zaffari da Rua da Praia. Tudo muito prático e conveniente para quem quer explorar o centro de Porto Alegre.O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem às necessidades. O ponto negativo foi o ar-condicionado do meu quarto, que não esquentava. Passei frio durante a noite, o que foi bem desconfortável.No geral, o hotel tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos básicos de conforto. Espero que solucionem esses problemas para proporcionar uma estadia mais agradável para os hóspedes futuros.

Razoável, fomos imaginando e precisando de um valor mais acessível por se tratar de 4 pessoal em um quarto em duas noites. Nada de ruim aconteceu. Conseguimos tomar banho excelente. Camas boas. Pecou na limpeza, quarto e hotel muito antigo e defasado. Ar condicionado antigo. Enfim, nota 6

O hotel está super “detonado”, desde o mobiliário até as condições da roupa de cama. O quarto era enorme mas super desconfortável. Aparelho de ar condicionado e toda iluminação do quarto bem antiga, sem controles remotos ou tomadas próximas à cama. Cobertores velhos e havia mosquitos dentro do quarto. Café da manhã sofrível. A única coisa que salva no hotel são os funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, mas o hotel está bem decadente.
