I was disappointed with the condition of the room, the floor was damaged, the walls were cracked, and the TV picture was very poor. The breakfast was poor. I expected more from this hotel, given its location in a prime area and the price per night. I was not well attended to at reception either upon arrival or departure.

The staff are extremely friendly. The room is comfortable (Apartment 1008), but they could add a few more hangers, and we also missed drawers. The WiFi works perfectly. The breakfast is decent, but the restaurant and room service are expensive for what they offer. In the bathroom, it would be a good idea to put a toilet paper holder next to the toilet and to put a "shelf or niche" inside the shower to hold the shampoos.
