Very disappointing stay from start to finish actually too much to write down wouldn’t recommend. The whole experience from start to finish wasn’t good at all, never mind not getting into our room till after 5pm. I found attention to detail very bad and just over all not a pleasant stay

Once again back from a great night in the Midlands hotel. It was a great visit lovely comfortable rooms so clean. The staff are amazing so helpful and friendly.Julia on reception is one of best I've ever seen in a hotel she an amazing asset to the hotel and a lovely lady. The breakfast was georgous and a great choice on menu and great Gluten free options. Kelly steakhouse is amazing delicious food and great staff. Aidan a waiter spoke with us in reception and gave one of gang voucher for drink on hearing we celebrating her special birthday, a lovely man so friendly and funny. Thank you all will be back

We stayed in the Midlands Park Hotel on 10th October. It was my third time to stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is spotless, the food is superb and the bar staff excellent. A special mention of appreciation for Julie at reception who is so friendly and professional. We had the pleasure of meeting a lovely gentleman called Aidan who was so friendly, kind and welcoming…a wonderful asset for the hotel. We will definitely return again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

I have stayed here previously and returned as I could be sure of a great stay. From booking to check in was faultless. The room was large, comfortable, bright and very clean. Staff were very accommodating and nothing was a problem. Breakfast is quite extensive, something for everyone and very fresh. All in all, a great stay.

Attended conference here on 5th Oct . Well laid out . Stayed on Friday 4th . Room confortable and inviting . Very clean, well presented hotel . All staff really friendly and helpful . Breakfast one of best hotel breakfasts we've had . Dinner in Charter Bar delicious

2nd visit to this hotel. Check in by Kyle was efficient. Our room was perfect. The decor is lovely and the hotel is clean. We previously ate at the Steakhouse but tried the bar this time and were severely let down. We had to request cutlery, we were served a bottle of wine which had already been opened and used (no ice bucket). The cocktails were served in wine glasses with absolutely no finesse. The choices for starters and deserts were OK and tasted fine but the main course was like a school dinner. We requested a quieter table but the noise from behind the bar left us no choice but to move on. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. We're not completely put off but would opt for the Steakhouse again next time.
