We arrived around 11pm to check in last week having had flown over 20 hours and only to find that their wifi wasn’t working and the night staff couldn’t get it booted and so can’t verify our ******* booking for our stay. Pass midnight and we’ve waited almost an hour and was still the same situation as well as no support for offline booking and she couldn’t call anyone to assist it seems. Eventually she relented and passed us a form to fill up to pay USD 100 for walk-in rate on top of what we’ve paid to *******! Tired and exhausted we did that as we just needed to get some rest and sleep. Wifi didn’t work the whole night and then at almost 9am we think the manager came into the office and hey presto, the wifi was working! We needed to get on internet to work out our journey so it was highly stressful staying here with no Wi-Fi! The manager then told us that we won’t be charged the USD 100 walk in rate and would honour the ******* booking now that they could locate it online. Would really not recommend to stay here at all as it was near the commercial goods railway track and throughout the night there were at least 4 that went by and on average of 2.5 minutes each time making loud honking and noises! Hardly gotten any good sleep at all!
