Room is not sound proof being next to the airport. You can hear airplanes constantly which keeps you up all hours of the night and is loud. TV gets very little channels which is unusual for a hotel. Rooms are very outdated and old. Rooms could use a facelift.

The room as a suite was a welcome bonus with a good bed and nice sitting area. Breakfast selection was better than most. Staff was good and location good for our purpose on this trip. The only problem was muffled noise from airplanes nearby but that's to be expected near an airport.

Very nice stay - clean room, helpful front desk, reasonable price and a shuttle to the airport at 4 am! We did request a shuttle pick us up at the airport - it took about 25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive (it's a 5 minute drive) and the vehicle was not clean. Plus the handle to grab to climb in was broken off so it was difficult to get in! Otherwise, a really nice stay!

Very reasonable rooms when most of Portland motels are very expensive. It was perfect for us since we wanted to go to the Cape Elizabeth light house and other locations around Portland. We stayed here 4 or 5 days and would recommend it if your purpose is to enjoy the area and not pay as much as the downtown Portland hotels charge.

Super nice facility. One of the nicest Comfort Inns I've ever stayed in (and I'm a long-term gold/sometimes-platinum Choice Privileges member). Spacious, quiet, well-appointed Jacuzzi suite. Tub was a great plus. Staff was very accommodating and helpful (except for the night guy who wasn't very tech savvy nor personable). Special thanks to Trish who used some common-sense and creative thinking to help me get a document printed when needed. Typical but exceptionally well done breakfast was also a plus.

So, wow, the front desk staff was initially absent and there was a line of people waiting. Then, they showed up and began to help people one by one. At my turn, I realized that my reservation was really for the Country Inn & Suites and I made a mistake by being there. I'm so glad that Comfort Inn & Suites was NOT the place I was to stay at after working with this extremely unpleasant, grumpy front desk guy. I will not consider staying at that location in the future, but I will happily recommend the Country Inn & Suites by Raddision, as it had polite reception, it was clean and our visit was nice.

This hotel has everything you want and need and they are not ripping you off on laundry costs either like most other hotels do! Even the snack costs are not rip offs for once! All the amenities you want and need are here too. Staff can be a tad more engaging but other than that, this hotel achieved 5 stars in my regards and in my books and I stay at a lot of places for leisure and for work! Even the tv is high def! Thank you! Will post to Google too!

Rooms had musty smell. Furniture were a mismatch with room decore. Front desk clerk did not look happy being at work. Location is close to PDX but that is the only good thing about this hotel. We didn't use the airport shuttle, so can not comment.

Very quiet hotel in a good neighborhood.. Food within walking distance. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast had a pretty good selection. Eggs, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, oatmeal. Very conveniently located to highways and airport. Easy to get to. We only stayed one night on our way to Spokane.
