I think this hotel should consider to change their Stars on the online platform. Hyaat name is also confusing, it doesn’t represent Hyaat quality although. Breakfast has very limited food! Windows are not possible to open to get fresh air, due to security they say, but even a little bit opening possibility would give a lot confidence peope like me who desperately need it for the health reason!

I will stay here again, given the opportunity. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice. The area is very nice as compared to most other airport hotels I've visited. The breakfast was convenient and value for money.

Our room was next to the elevators and it was waaaaaay too loud to be acceptable. This room should never have been assigned to us. Hilton honors membership doesn’t matter. Honestly go anywhere else and actually have a room that doesn’t sound like a factory floor. They use tile with no rugs so you hear everything at 0500. Oh. And you have to pay for breakfast, that isn’t stated anywhere when you book. The paid for breakfast is TRASH!!! Everything is out of a bag and the lowest quality food they could provide. Don’t stay here. There are so many better options and I regret this place so much. From slow, old, and cramped shuttles to bad beds and terrible food. Go elsewhere.

Good location near Airport. Rooms are pretty good in size and beds are very comfortable. staff is friendly. Breaskfast can add some more dishes in vegeterian or vegan would be appreciated.

Comfortable bed. Close drive to airport. Walking distance of Cascade Station shopping center with restaurants. Room was large. Our only complaint was the air conditioning did not cool the room for us. We would go back. Free parking.

Good location. $20.00 Fee for breakfast. Also a parking fee. Hotel tried to charge me for breakfast when it was included when I made my reservation. Good shuttle service to/from airport.
