The hotel was convenient and clean. However, it took almost 45 min to check-in even after a mobile check-in. The front desk had only one person and spent almost 10 min with each guest! She claimed that mobile key was an upgrade still coming - this is 2025 isn’t it. Because of this we missed our dinner reservation. A very frustrating start to our vacation. Also was charged for parking in a very basic outdoor space and that was not mentioned at check-in. Very sneaky and unexpected from a Marriott property. -Marriott Bonvoy Silver member

I’m a Lifetime Titanium Marriott member, and sadly, this is the most disappointing Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at. From the start, GPS directions from the airport were incorrect, causing a frustrating arrival. Once I got there, no upgrade was available (despite my status), and the hotel itself looked tired and worn down. The room felt more like a budget motel than a Marriott-branded property. Highway noise filled the room all night, and the bathroom had no counter space—just a large handicap shower chair that I did not request. Worst of all, I was offered a $5 bottle of water instead of a complimentary drink, and there was a surprise parking fee that wasn’t mentioned during booking. The only bright spot was the young woman at check-in—she was friendly and professional. But even great staff can’t make up for a hotel that’s this outdated and uncomfortable. If you’re used to Marriott standards, especially as a frequent traveler, skip this location. It falls short in nearly every category.

Lifetime Titanium Marriott Member. No recognition upon check in. No Housekeeping after 3 days. Had to get towels day 3 but front desk "promised housekeeping day 3" ...the day I was checking out. The air conditioner sounded like an old Ford Edsel! Noisy like hell. If you have any Marriott status, dont stay here.
