Good location, good room, separate shower and closet, coffee maker in room.
No parking, but there is a valet service. If you bring car you can park in the next block in Jefferson st, comfortable and reasonable price.

One of the best places to stay in Oregon for a great Pacific Coast beach vacation is Lincoln City. For an even more convenient and comfortable stay, you can stay directly on the beach at the Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort, Ascend Hotel Collection.

The room is pretty good and the bathroom is excellent! Is super close to downtown! Recommend find your own parking instead of valet parking! Is the same things and save money! There’s a pho place next to the hotel!

Nice hotel but a few adjustments needed to really hit my expectations for the level they aspire to be. Replacing the double barn doors on the bathroom should be the first thing. In room amenities could use a boost. Otherwise a great deal!

The room was nice, the bathroom was well laid out. The bedding was very comfortable. The facilities were quite complete, and there was plenty of coffee and tea. I'm not sure about the breakfast, I didn't buy it, $100 per person was a bit exaggerated.
