Right at home.
I really enjoyed it staff was so friendly. I felt right at home. We were greeted in and out. But, the only thing I disliked was that there is no breakfast. I would of give them 5 stars.

Gym was the best-smelling room in the building
The a/c was off in our room when we arrived, so it was 80 degrees in the room. The ceiling had mold spread across more than half of the ceiling. The bathroom had multiple mildew spots in the shower. The entire room smelled musty. The hallway managed a smell that I can only describe as a combination of: gym socks, cheap industrial cleaner, and new carpet- very weird and unpleasant.
Both of our daughters had multiple bug bites when we left- so, bed bugs?
The staff was friendly at check in and check out, and as much as I appreciate that, even friendly staff does not make up for the subpar standards in the room upkeep. The photos online are not representative of the actual room we were in.

Great for Pets & Families!
Great location to North Beach! Good for Pets and families.
Clean and comfortable.
The only issue we found was the A/C units. If the temperatures were above 68 in the room, the A/C has a musty smell in both the bedroom and living room area.
The A/C systems should be looked at. Perhaps the filters need attention?

Nice property, but poor experience
Great property and great location, but we were woken up on a Sunday morning by a company hired to power wash the exterior of the hotel. The hotel seemed at about 50% occupancy and the crew had been working since at least Saturday when we arrived. We were unable to open our blinds since the crew was outside our window on a bucket-lift. Then after checking out, one of the workers parked so close to my truck that I had to crawl through the passenger side to the driver’s seat to pull out. The parking lot had tons of spaces, but they either chose to block me in or chose to not move their car when spaces opened up. I stood there for a couple minutes looking at the workers giving them a chance to move, but they didn’t—they just stared to see how I was going to get out of my parking space.
Unfortunate experience, but it affected my stay. I would think it would be best to schedule power washing that allows them to look inside the windows and run power generators—have them work during the week when there is less weekend hotel guests.

1 day stay
We came in to Portland for a 1 day softball tournament. The hotel was nice and it was one of the quietest sleeps I’ve had. Literally no noise, loved it. We would stay here again. Room was nice and spacious. The shower was nice just needed a little more water pressure. Other than that , great stay!

I travel 90% of the year. This has been my most pleasant experience out of many locations. The staff is amazing! Great communication and efficient. Clean room. No complaints.
