Stayed for 5 days in a 2 bedroom-2 bath: Pros: The staff was friendly and very helpful. Noise level was pretty quiet. The pillows and bed were soft and clean. In walking distance of food restaurants. Cons: The space is small, not enough to move or sit around comfortably. The couches are outdated, and dirt stained - which we sat in chairs. The bathroom toilet clogged up twice. There were at least 3 baby roaches found in living room and bathroom. The complimentary hot and cold breakfast was horrible every day; definitely can use a new cook some upgrades to breakfast - the only good thing was item was the muffins (btw can be purchase from Sams), and they ran out of a variety of muffins, so you were only left with one option. Overall, it was okay for me due to extended business purposes, but if I had to for my personal leisure, then I would not recommend.

I stayed in room 420. The 4th floor smells, and the elevator is noisy, no bottle water in the reception.

Stayed for one night and our suite was great! Couple of weeks before my stay I called the hotel to inquire if a certain form of payment was accepted and was told yes. Upon check in the front desk staff did not know how to process my payment. They asked me to speak to a manager the next morning to assist me. When I asked for a manager the next day was told there was no manager on duty and once again person at front desk did not know how to process my payment. Wish that accurate information would’ve been provided to me but overall hotel stay was great!
