The Westin Portland Harborview

Wow, they told us that we were the guests of the day. We celebrated my son's birthday and the added freebies (free breakfast, birthday card, late checkout and candies surprise) are indeed very much appreciated! Thank you so much Westin Team for the effort! Of course, this is a Westin brand so everything is perfect!

We stayed at the Westin Harborview last August and we are booked to stay again this August. We go to Portland every year for a music festival, "Guster on the Ocean." We previously stayed at the Press Hotel, which was great, but the price has risen to much that we decided a change was needed. What a great choice this hotel is! First of all, if you are into music, it is right near the State Theater. There is a parking garage nearby, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. You can walk anywhere in downtown from here, though the water front is a bit further away, which was fine for us. Our room was wonderful, with a great view, and the Westin beds are unparalleled for comfort. The rooftop bar is spectacular, and the service is excellent. We also ate in the first floor restaurant for both breakfast and lunch on different days; service and food were wonderful. The staff was all extremely helpful. I have recommended this hotel to our friends, and we will definitely continue to rebook here. The only thing this hotel doesn't have is a pool, but I'm not sure any hotel in Portland really has a pool. It does have a spa, which we didn't use (we had a lot of activities!) but I bet it's great. The price was reasonable for this level of comfort and service. Thank you, Westin Harborview.

While the hotel is nice unfortunately the area is surrounded by strung out homeless. Lack of outdoor lighting makes it feel unsafe to come and go This is too bad given the priciness. I recommend finding a hotel in a safer feeling area

Come on guys, no EV charging in this day and age!! Needs addressing to be taken seriously as a high quality hotel, easy to remedy, available in many places, just not here!! Otherwise hotel is decent, nice rooftop bar, but a Westin price point without done of the Westin level facilities

What a great experience. Hah and Jafari were great at check in. There was a small issue finding my reservation, and they were so helpful and got us right in. Great evening team. Alejandro cleaned our room which was spotless. Very close to coffee shops restaurants and bars. This was our second time at the Westin and we will certainly return.
